We have rental property on amelia island plantation. My guest notified me on a Sunday afternoon that all plumbing appeared to be blocked. I was out of town but remembered Bert Norman’s from a previous job. I phoned them and they sent someone out within 2 hours. They phoned me with updates on when he would arrive. The technician spent a long time trying to locate an access point in order to save me money. He called several times while he was there to let me know what was going on.I was very satisfied with the whole process and will definitely use Bert Norman’s for anyProblems in the future.

First the good, I called them for same day service and they showed up in a couple of hours. Then they quoted a price, which I questioned. The technician told me quotes were not negotiable, stating that I don’t negotiate with Starbucks, why should I think his price is negotiable. I continued to try to determine why the price was much higher than I expected. He was not having it and I told him to go ahead and do the work, but it would probably end up with giving a bad review. He said oh no-you are threatening me with a bad review, I am packing up. I said okay, but it would probably still be a bad review. So, I called another plumber who came out same day and they did a wonderful job and charged me 65% of what Griffin quoted me. I now think he was so argumentative because he knew he was overcharging me. Buyer beware.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Chad. He arrived on time ready to work. Very nice & very professional. After assembling both Christmas box towers he insisted on plugging into the electrical outlet to ensure the lights worked properly. He also offered to dispose of the two large boxes.
