Advance Electric was fantastic through the entire process from the estimate to completion. I give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for their professionalism, expertise and honesty. I’m having a pool installed and needed electric run from my inside panel to the pool panel. I had 4 different companies come out for an estimate, 2 quoted me extremely high for the work I needed done. Brice came out to take a look at what I needed, he sent me the proposal shortly after, it was just the right price and very reasonable for what I needed done.

Additionally, I was very impressed with how quickly the work was scheduled and completed, (within 2 weeks from the estimate) all the other companies couldn’t guarantee a timeframe of when they’d be able to start and complete the work. Communication through the entire process was outstanding and their team of electricians where all about business and getting the job done right; I highly recommend their business! It's hard to have trust in a vendor that comes to our homes to solve any problem we have little of no knowledge of. How do I make informed decisions. Well, Wayne from Bolt electric resolved our problems successfully and professionally and won my trust by explaining every detail of what was wrong and his recommendations for repair.
We had a new oven installed but we found that there was no power to the oven, so I had to call an electrician. I called Bolt electric. Their electrician, Wayne, found the problem but in doing so he discovered that the electrical panel was not only out dated but that some of the wires showed burning at the ends. He suggested that it was time to upgrade the panel. I believe it was unsafe and did need replacing.
Bottom line, the price was in line with other estimates I've received. Along with adding 2 dedicated lines for my garage workshop, the panel was installed neatly and just what I needed to be done. I'll be a return customer if I have a need for an electrician.

We used Empire Electric Inc., for our elderly mother. She needed work done to some electrical issues in her home, but we needed someone trustworthy and honest. She was beyond thrilled with the two electricians that came out. They were on time, professional, respectful and answered all of her questions with confidence and without hesitation. She will need more work done in the near future and we will only use them. We feel confident having them in her home. Very impressed.

I had two technicians come out. They called me and said they were running a little early which was perfect because I had several errands to run and they gave me a 4-Hour window. They were very professional and honest. They gave me a quote on the spot and told me to contact the office if I wanted to schedule an appointment to have everything fixed in my house. I enjoy the price on the quote and I'm looking forward to doing business with them.

They did a great job replacing our old electrical panel. The guy worked quickly and let us know what was needed for future repairs.

We had one wall in our home that no longer had power - neither the outlets nor switches. After trying the usual things to fix it, I contacted quality electrical services. Since it was later in the day, they took my contact information and said they could come out the next day. They called promptly in the morning, confirmed the time to come, and kept checking in to let me know when they were on the way. Very professional and a great price, and my power is working again. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Seeing dimming lights etc. throughout the house is certainly a very disconcerting experience. I thought I knew what the problem was but their tech Fred set me straight. It turned out he found the problem to be with the neutral connection on the JEA pole. Who knew (lol)? Fred kindly called JEA for me to report it and they were here in short order. The JEA guy concurred with Fred's diagnosis and fixed the issue. All is now fine and I can sleep peacefully tonight.
I highly recommend these guys. They are prompt (actually a little early), very competent and very professional and I will certainly call them for any future electrical issues.
