1st Electric Response is phenomenal. When I called, the owner answered right away and was very professional. I sent the relevant information and pictures via text message. I received an online invoice for the service call and accepted it.

The workers came out the next day and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They had to install some new wiring. I received a fair price quote for the work and was extremely satisfied with the result.

I had one of the larger and more established companies come out the day prior and the tech couldn’t even diagnose the problem. They wanted to charge over $1K just to check the wiring. I’m glad I declined. Calling 1st Electric Response saved me time and money.

Very professional. Quick to respond and helped me even out on a holiday weekend when no one else would. I would definitely use this company again.

Had to gave a generator hookup installed on my home the day before a hurricane. I had called several companies, that said they didn't have time. They came out, did the install and fixed a bad breaker. They did a fantastic job and I will use them again!

This was the best customer service I've ever recieved. He was punctual, caring, understanding and really paid attention to the details I wanted done with the installation of my ceiling lights and adding new switches. I have worked with 1st Electric Response for over 7 years. Nigel, the owner is friendly and straight forward. The staff are consistent. They have helped me with over 14 homes through out the years. Some jobs have been as simple as replacing electrical outlets to more complex jobs such as running power to a garage apartment. No job is too big or small for this team!

Very professional able to communicate and explain exactly what was needed to be done. Even cleaned up after themselves!!! I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs, and I will definitely call them again in the future
