Best Electrical Inspections in Jacksonville FL

My electricians were friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and knew their job. If I could give higher than 5 stars for Dylan and Josh I would. Excellent experience! Will use again.

Technicians were great, however, I was shocked looking at the cost being very high for the type of job performed. They charged me for 3 hours of labor included the time of departure to the house from their location. Typically service time starts from.time of starting the work, it doesn't include driving time. There was even a delay of 10 minutes from the community gate to get to the house. The scheduling center were not clearly communicating the costs and how they were determined.

Brandon and Travis did such a wonderful job and worked all night ! Can not wait to use Mister Sparkys again ! Would recommend them to anyone !!!

We had Empire Electric out to our home this morning to install our new Tesla Wall Connector. They did a fantastic job and both techs were personable and professional. They worked quickly and left my garage clean. All this for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Horrible. Promised 8am arrival. Lots of excuses later at 1030, we cancelled and got a lot of lip from Erica along the way. It's a joke.

I felt the cost for what they did was very reasonable. Extremely satisfied with the recessed lights and the fact they cut a trench for my island vs me having to do it. The quality of the work was really good aside from the initial cut on the slab and island studs. But cleaned up ok with minimal work on my end. Let's face it they can't run wires without a little patch work. Placement of a couple switch boxes (fine finish) wasn't the greatest but my job was a rush and these guys knocked it out in a couple days and scheduled it 3 days after estimate. We can always do better but I'm happy with the results. THANK YOU FOR NOT CUTTING A MILLION HOLES IN MY CEILING FOR RECESSED. These came out spectacular! Well done - Scott, Danny, and Shannon. I was in a bind after I drilled through a dryer cable which took out the power to the house. I contacted Burbank from a recommendation from a different electrician. I got same day service, Richard showed up earlier than expected and it was done quickly.
He was able to splice my wires and get the electricity back on within an hour. Very friendly and professional attitude. I will recommend this company to everyone that O come in contact with.

Also, the price quoted was fair and they did not upcharge me although it took longer and was more laborious than expected. Thank you both for your hard work!

I called set up to get an estimate and never received the email to send the photos. I called back thinking I might of given the wrong email address and have not received a return call.
I used them a few times in the past and loved their service and customer service. I will not use them or refer them again.
