I was pleased with prior work and price from Thompson May 2018. They replaced a breaker in the electrical panel for 189. I also received a quote for 356.00 to run wires and hang 2 coach lights outside my garage door. This was a good price, so I had them come back in October 2018 to do the job. This week, I had another breaker trip and called them because of my past good experience and past reasonable pricing. I was told about the 125 fee. So the tech tested the breaker, determined it was in fact bad. Then he had to call the office to get pricing. Then he says they don't carry the breaker I need, so he will have to go get it. The quote was 400.00!!! I was shocked! He told me the breaker was 160 and the rest was for him to go get it and the labor. That's ridiculous. It's your business to carry the things you need. You shouldn't charge the customer for that. I didn't believe this guy. He then called the office again and lowered the quote to 350.00...really? I found it online for less than 50 and I'm gonna do it myself! It's nothing major and not worth 400.00. I will find another company to use in the future. I was not impressed with Tim and his explanation if the price. You've lost my trust and my business.

Burbank Electric came out and serviced a GFi outlet in my bathroom that keeps being blowm. It was discovered the previous electric company that replaced our electrical panel did not make sure the house was properly grounded. My thanks to Burbank for discovering this before a major problem developed. They were professional, reasonable, and very friendly. We will use them again.

Pual with Jax Electrical is by far the greatest electrical contractor in Jacksonville. We've worked with them on multiple jobs and can always trust them to get the job done. They are one of the few companies that will actually come out to fix any warranty work too. Great all around company.

We just had them replace three light fixtures in our home. The pricing was excellent, the two gentlemen that came were very professional as well as super friendly. There was no mess left behind. I will call them again when the opportunity arises.

I called Mike after returning home from dinner and finding my living room ceiling fan hanging by a couple of wires from my vaulted ceiling in my new home. I prayed that the service would be affordable as the phone rang. Mike picked up almost immediately even though it was after hours. He quoted me an affordable price and said he could arrive within the hour. He communicated his ETA with me until he arrived and kept me calm. He was very friendly and I felt at ease while he worked. He was the best contractor I have worked with since I purchased my new home and I will continue to call him for any additional electrical needs as they arise. I would not recommend very disorganized and unprofessional. Had an appointment window and the company was still late. Didn’t honor price quoted and wanted to charge more after giving me proposal. I wasted time dealing with them I wouldn’t recommend at all !!

I had my AC company come out and test my unit and they said it was a power issue from the breaker box. On a Friday morning I figured that getting someone to come out before the weekend would have been out of reach but I was surprised by the speediness and professionalism of Crawford Electric. They not only got me in on Friday but they arrived earlier than anticipated. The tech that arrived was so professional and polite. He found the problem very quickly and solved the issue.
