Daniel Moody and Jamal McNeil Jr visited me last week. They knew I was operating as a new home owner, conscious of all costs at this time. Daniel was a quick worker, explaning to me how long each leg of the project could potentially take. Jamal was a quick worker and great conversationalist. Both men worked quickly, professionally and fixed all of my issues. I want to emphasize how FAST and FOCUSED they both were.

I have used David Gray Electrical services twice and have been happy both times. The technicians that came out were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Provided a quote and explained in detail the work that needed to be done.

The men arrived promptly, learned what I wanted, and did it. They were friendly & pleasant. The whole experience went well.

I was amazed how quickly and smooth Daniel did his job, it only took less than two hours to complete everything. He is so knowledgeable and very confident in doing his job. I'm very happy and satisfied for his job well done, oh and the price is really right. Thanks Daniel, and hope to work with you again. I recommend this company for professionalism, and fair price.

I looked out the window and saw a guy with a backpack and a guy with a cloth lunch bag. I thought they were homeless, no, they were my electricians. They looked at my panel and said they found the problem and went to get parts to fix it. What they worked on did not resolve my problem. I called and told them this and they sent out two more guys the next day (they looked more professional and had tools with them). turns out, they could not figure out my problem either. So called again and for three days they said they would be back out, however they never came back. I called another company and with a glance, they diagnosed my problem (panel needed to be replaced) and had it fixed in one day. So dealing with Jax Electrical cost me two days of work and they could not figure out what the problem was. You be the judge as to whether you would use them or not.

Installed an outlet in our lanai addition. Clean, professional and timely work that was fairly priced.

I'm not usually one to do this but license plate jaz g46 has some serious road rage and to be in a company car is a law suit waiting to happen

The first time they came out was great. They did what needed to be done and at the price they quoted. The next time however wasn't a great experience. They took the entire day and didn't finish the work. They were putting in recessed light as I asked but they cut the hole too close to the beam in the ceiling so they had to put an LED light instead of what I asked for. As such, the smaller light didn't quite fit the hole they cute so now I've gotta patch it. This cost $200 above the quote and then they had to come out the next day to finish the work and then they invoiced me an additional $337. So I was quoted $550 or something like that and ended up having to pay more than $1,000 for the work. On top of it, they didn't even install a light on the front porch which was quoted in the initial price and the light fixture they installed on the back of the house doesn't even work. So, price was twice as much for only part of the work with patch work required in the ceiling. Their friendliness is out-weighted by expensive and incomplete electrical work. I thought I had a good electrician there for a moment. So disappointed.

I used them to repair an open ground wire which required a lot of detective work by the electrician. He was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. They were on time and were professional and friendly. The bill was fair and I will be using them again.
