We recently moved to Jacksonville and had several electrical projects that needed to be completed in a timely manner on our new home. Nick and his team completed them on-time and on-budget. No change orders, no surprises, and no headaches. I had an electrical journeyman's license in two states prior to moving here and I have been extremely pleased with the quality of work, and with the accuracy of the bids. Met Ray Thayer as we needed some home warranty work done. Power went out on several outlets, another company came out and could not fix the problem. My name is Marion, my appliances did not work for 12 days. No one could fix the problem. The first electrician said, it's a coincidence that all my appliances broke at the same time. Including my air conditioner and pool pump. The second said, he cleaned the breaker, and now it's working. No! It was burning HOT ! Very patient and detailed. They walked me through my new construction build and showed me where every plug, outlet and fixture would be placed. Very professional. Would highly recommend!

For 1.. the boss said he could get the job done for 400 dollars or under! That was the quote.
For 2 ..they drilled a hole through the floor cause they missed the wall.
For 3 ..they should have came out personally and gave a estimate & he said well i dont need too!

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We have used them several times to install a DW and microwave at one house we owned and also fix bad outlet at another house. Both times were fantastic with the electrician being professional and providing the highest quality work. We will call them again for future electrical needs.

Not only was Levi knowledgeable and professional as he tested my electrical system for safety but he took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and going the extra mile to check and replace a switch in my bathroom that he discovered was cracked. It was obvious he really cared. His responses were reassuring. When he left I thought “what a good experience.”
Also I have to add that the dispatcher Ed who called me initially to set up the appointment the day before was well-spoken intelligent and personable.
