I had multiple electrical projects done, including the replacement of my breaker box and running power to install a new ceiling fan.. Franklin Electrical has done work in my home on several occasions and everyone I have encountered has been professional, courteous and on time! I feels their rates are very reasonable and the quality of their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend and will continue to use them for future electrical needs.

No showed for an appointment made a week prior. I text & called without a response. Very disappointing.

A shout out to a locally owned small business, whose owner, was born and raised right here in Jacksonville, FL. Chris and his team at CR Electrical, helped us ‘see the light’. The installation of recessed lighting throughout our living room/kitchen, and the under-cabinet lighting under our kitchen cabinets, has truly shown to make a huge difference in our home. We can't say enough good things about this company. They had to trench electrical out to a pool pump and several other outside and inside outlets. The crew was most importantly knowledgable, and professional, friendly, respectful, communicative, and on time. We will definitely be using them again.

Professional- great work

Tried to call in to get some information. I didn't make it very far, as their receptionist is VERY rude and unprofessional. I hung up and went else where!

A family owned business that combines professionalism with integrity and pride in workmanship. The guys explained everything they were doing on my bad breaker,checked all of them to see if any others were showing wear( yep..one other) and showed me what to look for.
They even fixed an unrelated problem I'd had for years but no one in the past would other with it. I am beyond thrilled with all that they did for me. I will be using them forever!

This company is super unprofessional, terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!!!

Dangerous driving and rude workers

Wonderful group of guys. They came to my house earlier yesterday morning, right on time! They got the problem done in a flash, and everything is working great! Thanks guys for a wonderful job.

I can't speak the the work, but the unprofessional nature was horrific. He was scheduled to come restore power on Wednesday, he reschedule late night Tuesday for Thursday. Then he completed cancelled the appointment late night Wednesday. Had he just been straight forward and professional, I would have happily found someone else. However, I am still without power in my home office and laundry room. I highly recommend finding a better reliable electrician.
