They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

We first met Tony, the owner of Ruidoso a few years ago when he was working for another company. At that time Tony did an outstanding job on the remodeling of our bathrooms. Since Tony has formed his own company we have used him for several jobs around our home. We are always impressed with his professionalism, his attention to detail, his knowledge of construction and his quality workmanship. He and his crew are easy to have around and easy to work with. Ruidoso excels at customer service. Tony responds quickly, arrives on time, works hard and leaves the worksite in great condition. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruidoso Remodeling and we will use them again in the future.

First thing I will say is find another company. We had a sales consultant come to our home without a mask to begin with. He looked at our bathroom and gave us a quote of $18,000, I thought that was very high just to remove a tub and create a door less shower. After doing some research we found that to be an accurate price. We were told that someone would contact us about setting up the appointment and since Covid was rampant by then it could take a bit of time. We were called a few days later and the appointment was set for 2 months later, yes that’s right 2 months later. We waited and waited and finally they came and did an amazing job putting in the new shower and it was beautiful. Then we are told that the glass is made from a different place for the pony wall and it would take 2 weeks. Seriously, now I cant even use my new shower. Two weeks go by and I send them a message and they tell me it takes time to make it. After three weeks I sent another message and they told me it had arrived. Thanks for letting me know, I had to reach out to them to find out it was there. They came and put it in and said another 24 hours before we can use it. This company is a waiting game and you would be better off finding another place to get your bath redone. Unless you are willing to wait 3 to 4 months for the process to be completed.

David was my salesperson and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was over charged for the sales tax. They can't charge sales tax on the entire cost of the services they provide. Took 2 months to get that refunded. I had to go back to the store to request a refund because my salesperson (David) never returned my phone calls. While I was there I had to show pictures of the damage to my dry wall because they didn't believe there was any damage. Even after looking at the pictures the manager still didn't want to fix it. Only after a heated argument in the store did he agree to send someone out to just look at the damage to decide if it needed to be repaired. You could clearly see the damage from the pictures. The 2 guys they sent out did a wonderful job correcting what should have been fixed months ago. I do not recommend using them.

Trademasters has done several jobs for me , always prompt, curtiious and professional. They have always finished the job on time . I have always been satisified with their work.

Just had my Tv mounted on the wall by SG Installations and I couldn’t be more happier with their work! I never post reviews and all but I had to for this company because they deserve the recognition for this amazing work! They mounted the tv above my fireplace in which I didn’t know how they was gonna do it but they did and I love it! I will recommend this company to everyone and will definitely be using them again. The folks at Home Solutionz - Phoenix were caring, professional, and enjoyable to work with - both in-store and on the job site, at our home. They helped us find more eco-friendly materials, going over options and pulling samples from storage. They have an appreciation for the art and craft of flooring and took the time to explain nuanced differences in the materials. Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible

My wife and I hired Rick to do a major renovation of our home (all bathrooms, garage, kitchen, laundry room, floors, etc.) in February of 2022. Our initial meetings with Rick in January 2022 were great. He was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. That was until we signed a contract with him and paid a $4000 permit retainer. As soon as we paid Rick the communication and proactiveness disappeared. To summarize the details below, it was a nightmare of 8 months just to get a permit approved by the city.
We were told he would have the initial plans ready for us within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups just to get him to provide a draft of the remodel design which had numerous mistakes. The following day we sent an email with a list of all the mistakes that needed to be fixed including measurement corrections that I had to take myself.
3 weeks later and no word from Rick, I follow up to check and he indicates that he will be submitting the plans end of the week (April 12th). After many more follow-ups and involving the Refresh Renovations corporate we finally get him to submit the plans to the city on May 13th, 3+ months from signing the contract. Note, the contract indicated that the project would start in mid-April.
The plans that were submitted were riddled with issues and required THREE rounds of corrections! We finally got the permit approved at the beginning of October. Rick provided excuse after excuse throughout the whole process. I have worked with dozens of contractors in the past and Rick and Refresh Renovations were BY FAR THE WORST!
We canceled the build contract and have found much better professionals to complete the elements of the renovation.
