They were very communicative cleaned up after the install and put everything back the way it was before installation. Wow is an understatement of the incredible service I received from Steven and his crew. I, being the test case dummy, had the monumental task of fitting my 75 TV into our new home's built in bookcase that has a 70 TV cutout. The crew had to create a frame to mount the TV mount to the bookcase so the plugs would plug in for our TV and FireTv, and they framed the TV with the bookcase so it looks custom made. They did a PERFECT install with a very difficult situation to work with. Even my wife is happy with the install, now I just need to convince her that the slight overhang of the TV into the bookcase is cool. So far she is buying it. Their team also mounted a 65 TV into our game room that looks great. Keep up the great work guys!

They mounted a tv in my sons room and added an outlet behind the tv and were done in about 30 mins. This is the 3rd tv we’ve had mounted in our new house— the first person took around 3 hours to mount it and add an outlet, the second guy we used had to come out twice before he finished and was at the house 3-4 hours each time. Both of the previous guys mentioned that it was difficult to add an outlet because of how the studs were placed and that’s why it took them so long. But SG Installations had no problem at all. Extra plus for convenience of scheduling online and accepting debit cards. Will use again.

Holy cow!! Booked these guys at 930am showed up at 1030 and done by 11!! I had been trying to get a different company out to my house for like two weeks already and these SG showed up in an hour. I love having my TV on the wall. It looks so much cleaner. The wires are hidden in the wall. I appreciate the online appointment scheduling system and the text notices that he is en route to my house. These guys are badass. I had two TV's for them to install.

Originally I told them I had a bracket for the 75 TV and turns out it wasn't included in the box - We found out when they arrived. I had only asked for a bracket for our 50 TV.

I was ready to hightail it to Best Buy to buy the 75 bracket for at least 6 times the price that SG provided it for. They actually had a mount for the 75 on the truck that worked perfect for us. He had a few choices right there and we went with the flush mount.

They cut in a new TRUE power outlet super fast, using romex wire (up to code), and installed pass through covers for the HDMI cables in both rooms so that no wiring was visible on the walls. Steven helped me decide on the height and location to install the TV's.

They reconnected all our devices (sound bar, fire cubes, etc...) and configured the wireless and and everything else needed to just sit back and turn the TV's on.

They had all the right tools including a vacuum to clean up afterwards. Not too many tradesmen understand the importance of those details.

Steven's wife, who I first called to see what their prices and availability would be, was very knowledgeable (she installs the TV's as well, as Steve told me). She knew all of the options and prices right off the top of her head, not to mention she was super friendly. I was given an appointment with a 2 hour window, that was not weeks out but just days out.

On the day of the install I received a text with their current location on a map and accurate times of arrival, so I was able to leave my shop and meet them there instead of losing two hours waiting at home.

As an owner of a business myself, these guys knocked the customer service and work requested out of the park.

I rarely write reviews, but Steven was such a cool guy (as well as his employee.) They kept great conversation throughout the whole install. Not to mention the outstanding job they did. I decided I owed them a review that they deserved.

Again SG is badass in my book.

My honest opinion of SG installation can’t be put into a few words. Most businesses I let into my home I usually kick them out a few minutes later, this wasn’t the case with SG installation. The owner is professional, courteous and genuinely a good person. His crew is professional organized and great individuals. This started out as a 1 complete install job and ended up with 3 TVs mounted. I have a 65 inch curve tv I had been looking for a stand for at least 8 days non-stop. I thought it wouldn’t look good on the wall and the owner respectfully disagreed with me. He asked me to trust him and I did. I was amazed because “I was wrong and I’m never wrong” lol. When I called SG installation out who knew I would be a customer for life. I’m new to Arizona and didn’t know what to expect. S&G was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had them mount a flush mount TV on our spare bedroom wall, in a very limited space and they made it look fantastic. SG Installations had their work cut out for them when they came to my housel. I have a custom brick wall and a very difficult/complex wiring situation to say the least. These guys came in, analyzed the issue, did some problem solving and then began to execute a flawless install. I had a full 360 degree audio system in boxes and a couple hours later they were properly mounted, aligned, and working GREAT. I would recommend this company to anyone who truly wants a professional install.

Called a few companies to do a basic tv mount installation and SG Installations AZ was the cheapest. At first, I was skeptical because they were the cheapest, however I read great reviews. I took a chance with them. I inquired if they work on Saturdays and they certainly do. We scheduled an appointment to come between 10am and 12pm.

They got here right at 10am. I supplied a full motion tv mount for our new 65 tv and pretty much installed it without a hitch! The only thing was that our home builder put the top outlet smack dab in the middle of our wall where we wanted to put it. Me and my wife agreed with the workers and it looks great! They were very professional and even joked with me and my wife because our 6 month old heard the loud drilling and got scared. Very friendly and will use again.

My only suggestion, especially with COVID going around and having a baby that is crawling around is that they should supply their own shoe covers. When I didn't see them have any, I had some and asked if they can wear them, which they did. Outside of this, they are top notch.

The owner wasn’t the most professional in my opinion. Which very much surprised me based on the reviews I read before hiring SG Installation. When he entered my home he was on his cell in the middle of a call and didn’t really acknowledge me then handled several other personal calls during his appointment here, mostly regarding His divorce and used quite colorful language. I understand people have off days, so maybe I just caught him at the wrong time. Either way, the tvs were mounted straight and seem sturdy. His assistant was very kind and did most the work… I probably would have had an entirely different experience if it were only him. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend this company to any family or friends. I think there are other good handyman companies out there with more professionalism.

Not only are they both incredibly knowledgeable about what they do but they explain everything as they go so that you don’t have any questions or issues after they leave. I am so happy that I called SG Installations almost 5 years ago. Steven and his team are very courteous, professional, and friendly all at the same time. SG was the second company I called and they had way better pricing and warranty. Glad I found or I would've ended up paying close to double. He was able to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation. They were in and out in about an hour. They installed a full motion mount, power outlet, and pass through. They did their due diligence by inspecting the well, taking measurements, and making sure they could accommodate our wants. I will be calling them again to mount our second TV. Great pricing and service.

These guys are awesome!!!! They came right at the scheduled time.. removed two tvs from the wall and remounted them in different rooms. Also put up a new tv. When Steven came out for a complimentary consultation he said how his work is impeccable and I would love the finished product. He delivered on those promises and then some. These guys are the Best, had them come out to install a stereo system I had and found out that the company that installed my TVs to the walls with a power cord was a violation for my homeowners insurance. I would never higher anyone else to do my TV or STERO installation again I should have went with these guys first because they do it right the first time, and very nice guys to work with I Highly recommend SG Installations.

We had SG Installations install 4 tv wall mounts for our new house a few months ago. A minor issue occurred with one of the mounts and I sent an email explaining the problem at 6:45 on Saturday night, expecting a reply Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Within 10 minutes of sending the email, I received a phone call and less than half an hour later, the owner was at our house correcting the problem personally. Called well ahead of time and asked if they could come early. Showed up, got right to it and finished in less than 20 minutes. Did a great job, did it quick, and cheaper than anyone else I called ($125 to flat mount an 85 inch TV, and that included the wall mount.) If I need anything else of this nature done in the future, they will be the first call for sure. Can't recommend them enough.

I’m very satisfied with the service. I got a test when the technicians were on their way and they were very professional and finished the job quickly. I only took away one star because the company sent me a picture of a different technician so I was like who are these guys when they showed up, but overall very goood and quick service.

SG Installations is excellent! Steven and JD did my TV mount installs. I had 4 TVs to mount, they were various sizes and at different heights. Steven was very collaborative going through the plan of installing each of them, explaining details of how he would be installing each of them and asking for input if an aesthetic decision was needed. What an excellent, affordable, professional installation. Steven and James did an excellent job even with a challenging wall! This family owned business should be a model for all businesses. I contacted them on a Monday and Steven was installing 2 TV wall mounts on Friday. After contacting 4 other companies, who did not return the call or sounded as if they could not be bothered, my callback from SG was in 30 min. After explaining a few issues and sending photos, I was advised there was no visible problem. The pricing was completely reasonable. The install was impeccable including complete cleanup. While only 1 TV was scheduled, I asked if another one could be done. Fortunately, Steven was able to add this 2nd TV install. Most notable was the communication: An initial e mail was sent to confirm date and time and on the date of install I received a text advising he was enroute. The above installs required moving electrical and coax.

These guys were amazing !it was a complex job a 40in TV installation and bracket on a 40 foot boat dry docked. I first had SG Installations out to install a TV mount on my bedroom wall about a year ago. I already had the mount and had the electricity and cable moved up to where the TV would be. They ran into a snag so Steven came over to assist and got the job done. This week I had Direct TV over to connect my TV and once the coaxial cable was attached it obstructed the mount from going flat against the wall. I called SG and they set up an appointment to relocate the cable. I am very please with the job as a whole. SG is very committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction. I recommend them Highly and would use their service again.

I was so excited when I found this company online with these amazing reviews and customer comments. Unfortunately its been a week since I called and left a vm with my info and explained that I was interested in a quote/consultation on having 3 maybe 4 tv's mounted and wanted info on setting up security cameras and sadly there's been no response of any kind, not even a text. Not the experience I was expecting based on the reviews, disappointed.

Our experience with Steve was superior. We had a TV sitting on a TV stand that we wanted hung above our brick fireplace. I am extremely great full I found SG installations. I had work done before by a different company and when I tried to contact them they would not return my phone calls and emails, I did nothing wrong I was very hospitable to them when they came out but that company was not very professional at all. I researched other companies to get the rest of the work I wanted finished and found SG Installations. They came by and not only did they do a perfect job but they also corrected the mistake of the previous company that I hired before. With all that said this is the company I will hire for any work I need done in the future.

My review is overdue but I cant tell you how grateful I am to SG. They came to my home to install a mount for one TV and was quick, clean and polite. I was asked who did my other TVs and I told them Half Price professional TV did months ago. They asked to look at the work as they had complaints about this company and did repairs because of the other companies service. Sure enough it was explained to me that the other company just ran an extension cord through the wall which is a fire hazard and the other company knows it and they have repaired a lot of his work. They offered to make the corrections on the other 3 TVs and was very honest about cost which I didn't think was a lot at all and happily paid it.

I hired SG Installations to install a 70 inch television in our new house. The gentleman doing the install arrived on time and got right to work. The whole process was smooth and they made sure I had input on where the TV would be mounted. They offer mounts if you do not have one, but you can supply your own as well. The entire process took less than an hour, and they even offered to clean up afterwards.

First of all, I was amazed that this company called me back the same day I left a VM bcus we have tried contacting other companies who advertise same day service! Then the price was very reasonable .They arrived at the exact time as told to me and it took 30 minutes for the Installation! And, did I mention the installation was outdoors on stucco .This seemed to be an issue for a couple of the other companies I spoke to .but, not for SG Installation! Thank you! My husband was thrilled when he got home from work .

Steven installed a mantel Mount 540 for me and also connected my home theater system. The entire job was done very professionally. He had to come for a second time as one my equipment did not work and he did not even charge for the second visit, even though my equipment did not work. I highly recommend SG Installations. SG has visited my home twice. Once to mount my 86 inch television, which I purchased a mount from Costco that wouldn’t work with my room layout and SG sold me a mount that was compatible, less expensive, and higher quality. The second visit was to help me install some overhead storage in my garage. Unfortunately, the storage racks didn’t work but SG didn’t charge me for the visit. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with SG and no longer have to shop around for my installation needs as they are the only company I’ll be utilizing going forward.

Wow, did we ever hit the jackpot! Great experience with Steve. He definitely knows what he is doing and was very patient with our not being totally ready for the installation. Coming back next week to finish third TV installation and do some additional things like hanging art and hiding some computer cords.

It was so inexpensive compared to the other estimates that I received, I honestly didn't know really what to expect. And wow! I can't believe how methodical and how well thought out Steven and Christian were at making sure the tv's were well placed and exactly where they needed to be hung. SG installations was a life saver for me throughout the entire process. I had two of my tv’s mounted and completely hiding the cables from being seen and hiding the cables of a tv that I had previously mounted without them (which they even made that mount job look significantly better).
They gave the usual four hour window and showed up within the first hour of their estimated time rather than the very last minute which is common with most services people provide with estimations. The owner himself is involved in all the work that is done within the company so he takes his job seriously and you can tell he really enjoys providing the best possible service and results with each customer. They were very friendly with me and had enjoyable conversation and recommendations for things throughout the entire time they were working.
They provided me with a mantle mount which is a unique mount that not too many people know about however they had the exact product I wanted which other companies I know do not.
I absolutely love the work they provided for me and will definitely be recommending them to people in the future! Their work speaks for itself and their prices are amazing and were 1/3 the price of a competitor in the industry that’s quote was given to me.
I will be using them in the near future to mount my gaming pc which is another service they provide. I personally never give reviews on companies but these guys I believe deserve every bit of recommendation because they’re the top of the industry in mounting.

Mounted my 70” tv the same day!! Excellent service and quality work for a great price. Really took their time to assure that the installation was done correctly, including the hidden power outlet they had to install, and even down to the details of making sure the color of the power outlet matched the color of the plate surrounding it. Personable great company! Would never go elsewhere. Same day service and efficient even went as far as to sweep my floor! Prices were amazing and he came well equipped and finished in under an hour! Steven rocks. He was available the next day. He was on time, thorough, and the most reasonably priced installer I could find. He reviewed mounting options and demonstrated that the wall mount was secure before putting the TV on it. I needed additional HDMI cables so he drove me to Best Buy where he identified the highest quality and lowest price (I needed only 1.5 m cables, by myself I would've bought 4 m cables for significantly more). I asked the staff there what my hookup would cost, and they gave me a quote ~ 3 times what Steven did it for. Definitely would recommend him.
