I’m a contractor and had Atomic flooring out to fix an improperly installed floor. They showed up within a week of calling and fixed the issues throughout the entire house. Will definitely be using them again for any flooring jobs I have.

Instead of being professional and saying the job was too small or they were not able to do it she just blew me off, refused to return my calls or my texts. Very unprofessional and not how you handle clientele. Bad business practices.?

Express Flooring deserves 5 Stars, they have superb customer service, from the first phone call to the last laminate install. I got laminate flooring throughout my house and I want to give a shout out to Cesar for such an excellent job! We were impressed by this young man who not only has skills to lay laminate but also character and that is a true gem! Before he completed the job, he made sure that everything was left in excellent order. We had encountered a slight snag with the carpets in the bedrooms but Cesar came back and provided a beautiful way to fix the challenge, my friends and I were very impressed! I sincerely can't say enough good things about this company and its employees. Thank you Express Flooring for my beautiful laminate floor.

Me and my family were on Cave Creek Rd on 9/21/22 when one of their work of vehicles was speeding through traffic cut us off and nearly caused a collision. The Individual that was driving was brake checking people and had absolute zero consideration for anyone on the road this was absolutely insane called the office twice with no answer completely unprofessional behavior in a work vehicle!!?!?

The project went well. Angel was great. They confirmed the appointment 6 times the day before and Angel showed up 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled. The project ran a day longer than planed due to a labor shortage.
