Excellent construction remodel company. They got the job done very efficiently. The tile work they did is beautiful! The crew always cleaned up the job site after each days work. I was very impressed with the results. We remodeled two bathrooms and it went smoothly. Love XLT construction! I would definitely hire them again.

Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled.

Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad).

The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week.

Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

I am very impressed with XLT Construction Inc. We replaced an unused tub into a beautiful shower and in the Master we got rid of our small shower. Now we have a master piece. I really enjoyed picking out the materials the most. Everyone that showed up were very nice and professional. Great communication. Definitely recommend this business for your bathroom remodeling.

The whole XLT team’s philosophy is customer first and to ensure things were to our liking. Did not hesitate to hear our thoughts and think outside the box when it came to minute details. We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. We have been recommending Leonel to all our friends and families. You would want things done the right away and without a doubt XLT Construction and Leonel is the right guy for that.

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of work that XLT did for my master bedroom/bathroom remodel. I originally sketched up a drawing of the shower design I wanted and the end result was a perfect match. Everyone on the XLT team was great to work with and the attention to detail by the tiler was just outstanding. The craftsmanship in the tiling and grouting was far better than any of the other tile companies I've had do installs in the past. I had received quotes from several companies and in comparison, the quote from XLT was much more reasonable than most of the others so I felt they treated me very fairly. I will no doubt be working with XLT again in the future on my other bedroom/bathroom!

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.

We appreciated the timelines of the job. Lots of work went into just 23 days total to do an amazing transformation! We love our new bathrooms and flooring. We were also able to add our own creativity to the project.

I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.

We used XLT to remodel our guest bathroom and were satisfied with the quality of their work. Leonel was responsive and quickly provided a detailed estimate after his partner Fernando came to look at the job. We got a few other estimates and XLT was less expensive than most with good reviews, so we went with them. We bought the tile, toilet and vanity ourselves for them to install, and he contracted someone for the glass sliding doors. We had some minor scheduling issues and small miscommunications during the project, but overall we're happy with how it came out. We would use them again and recommend this business for bathroom projects.

XLT installed tile flooring at our new home. They were efficient, timely, and the crew was kind and respectful. There work is absolutely stunning and quality is top notch. We love the floors, they are leveled and the grout lines are perfect, and anyone who comes in comments on how nice the tile looks. The owner, Lionel, and crew leader, Alonzo, were quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We would absolutely recommend them!

XLT Construction made an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman came out, took measurements, and I never heard from him again. That would be fine, and the end of the story if XLT left me alone. But on at least 30 occasions over the past 6 months, i have received emails from XLT BEGGING ME to leave a review for them. I bit my tongue the first 29 times, but the harassment was relentless. Every other day I was being asked by this apparently horrible and inept company to give them a review. So THIS is that review: I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, scary reckless and I company i would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. This should have been obvious to the owner(s) of the business, given that the original on-site estimator never prepared an estimate and disappeared from the face of the earth. Yet the owners are oblivious to this, consistent with their other business practices, and gambled that i might somehow have something good to say about XLT. I have NOTHING good to say about XLT.

Worked with Leonel regarding estimate for large bathroom remodel work. He had great ideas and provided us with business to go to pick out fixtures etc. where he also gets a discount. His estimate was fair and detailed and easy to understand. He also was straightforward regarding lead time for work. The actual remodel has not begun and I will provide another review when work is finished. So far, so good, though!

We hired XLT to renovate 3 bathrooms in our house. They installed walk in shower, change the shower fixtures in master bathroom and install tile floor in all 3 bathrooms. We were very satisfied with the quality of materials provided and the installation work. We recommend to our friend and they renovated their master bath with XLT.

I had used XLT to install tile a few years ago, living room and hall wood look tile and they installed with a 1/3 split to make it look like real wood. Leonel called every day making sure all was well. The workers showed up on time every day and did an excellent job. Finished project was perfect. Now I am re-tiling baths and though not a large job, still received excellent service and again bath #1 has been tiled work was again perfect. Leonel called after the job was complete to get feedback on the tile installer whom did an awesome job. So, it was worth my time to review this company I have not used for any other projects other than tile however I would not hesitate to contact Leonel for other projects. He is very involved even on a small bath tile job. Which shows me that he takes his reputation seriously, and always makes certain that you were satisfied with not only the finished project but also the worker who did the job. Keep up the good work Leonel.. More companies should do this.

XLT Construction is a great local company to get your Bathroom or Kitchen remodeled with. They have access to several granite and tile options for every budget and they were much less than the other quotes I received. The quality of their work is excellent.

XLT Construction, also installed new cabinets. The XLT team worked diligently to make sure all was done correctly, coming back whenever I ask them to making minor adjustments. Sadly, one team member became ill and was hospitalized, so there was a slight delay in finishing the cabinet installation. All-in-all they did a very nice job.

We recently moved into a house and wanted to redo the bathroom. We reached out to several contractors. Some told us our project was too small and others offered to do it for an unreasonable sum. We connected with XLT after reading their positive reviews on other sites. They responded promptly, spent time going over what we wanted and quoted a fair price.
They kept on schedule through the whole process and kept us involved in the design decisions. We liked the XLT team so much we hired them to complete a second project a month later.

I hired XLT Construction to remove old carpet and tile from my home and install brand new tile flooring. It was a big job and they completed it in 1 week (and even worked on Thanksgiving to ensure it would be completed on time).

Price: I received quotes from a few other companies and Leonel’s (owner) price was competitive and the lowest quote overall. I like that his quote provided materials such as underlayment and grout. I also liked that he was able to provide a virtual quote through video conference since this was my preference during the covid-19 pandemic.

Work: the demo guy worked really hard and efficiently to remove the old carpet and flooring. There were several other guys that skillfully laid the tile and ensured that the pattern had a good amount of variation. It turned out fantastic and looks like a new home. The guys were respectful and worked diligently.

I would highly recommend them.

XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's finish work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

I obtained three price quotes to replace my laminate countertop. XLT not only gave me a great price, but were also professional, friendly, courteous and competent. They completed the work on schedule and did an excellent job. I had an existing laminate backsplash with tile above and they were able to remove the old countertop without damaging the existing tile. I am so delighted with XLT. The installers were amazing, as well. Hire them! You will be so happy you did.

Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesn't seem secure, and the light switch isn't functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

Over the top. So happy with the outstanding quality of work. Enrique was amazing! They are the best ever!

The workers were on time, clean and efficient. The removed all the door framing and enlarged the opening to the bathroom to and added handicap access bars. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. The work was completed to my satisfaction.
