We recently used Phoenix Home Remodeling to remodel our small 90's kitchen and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with them. From the initial design phase to the project plan execution, the whole process was straightforward, well-organized, and efficient. The crew was very professional, good with timelines, and detail-oriented. They also brought in excellent subcontractors. The result is beautiful! We highly recommend them and will use PHR again for future projects.

We have now been completely ghosted for 2 months after our job was left incomplete. We got the call that our supplies for our two bathrooms were ready so we could install a couple weeks early if we were okay that the bathroom shower door would be installed shortly after. We agreed and had a great experience with the installers themselves. They were super professional and quick. Since then in October, we have had to chase down vague answers about our missing glass door (while obviously having paid for the job). This was not a cheap job - we did 2 bathrooms. Meanwhile it looks like people after us have definitely had shower doors installed immediately. It feels like we were dropped like nothing after paying a large sum. It's unacceptable to have to BEG a company for updates proactively. At this point I am unconvinced we will ever get that door installed. Do not EVER agree to an incomplete install from this company. I would never refer them to anyone at this point.

Holtzman Home Improvement did a great job for us converting our 30yr old Tub and Shower in the Master Bath to a wonderful walk-in shower, tile walls and river-rock floor oasis. Paul came up with a simple but classy design using my basic wants and Keala was great guiding me through the design and choice of materials. Will Stubblefield and the rest of the workers did a great job and kept the jobsite (my house) clean throughout the process. My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.
