BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day.
