From start to finish, this shower remodel was excellent. We got price quotes from a few different places and Allure just had the right crew and professionalism to make our choice easy, John and his crew are very professional and they truly want to make sure you love what you get. They provide all of the recommendations you need to get your dream shower. We converted our stand alone bath tub and shower into one big shower. It is a spa-like now with extra attention to details you can only get from a professional. I would highly recommend them.

Well, Jay sold us a 1 day job that I learned was actually a 2 day job when Whitney called to schedule. We got rescheduled once, and then our 2 day job this week ended up having one issue after another. We will be without a shower for a week! We spent a pretty penny to have this shower done right…. So now I’m let hopeful that they will actually complete the job Friday and it will be perfect. Not a good experience, disappointed is mild!

We missed having a tub, and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel helped us get exactly what we wanted in a bathroom remodel. Lots of options to choose from, great recommendations, and one day installation. The Jacuzzi installers did a great job - Andres, Antony and Kori were fantastic. From demolition to clean up they were on time, professional, and courteous. We are excited with our sleek, modern new bath.

The product is beautiful and the workers showed up promptly. Getting Dreamstyle back to finish calking and other things that did not get done properly has been a long process of yes we will be out and other excuses. I have recommended Dreamstyle to my friends, but am having second thoughts. They need a project manager to come and check the final work. Would save many headaches.

On time and very efficient. Barry A. and Lester B. paid great attention to detail and kept the work area neat and tidy. Upon completion the only way you would know they were there is the brand new walk in shower that was left behind. A very stress free and easy process for me. 10 outta 10 highly recommend!

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

Design and estimate had serious issues, but their workmanship was very good.
The main purpose of our remodeling was to have more room in the shower area; this purpose was very clearly emphasized when discussing the initial design with the consultant. The design consultant (a very nice and socially skilled lady, but new to the business) designed the new shower and remodeling details and gave us the estimate around 12k.

After a few weeks of waiting, the first day of the work was done, the old shower removed and the new base installed; I noticed that the available area actually looks smaller than our previous one! Could not believe a mistake like that, so I measured it and discovered that the useable area of the shower stall was actually smaller than the one we had previously. So, we stopped the work and called the designer. She admitted that the inside area was smaller, but when designing, she has measured it with the outside perimeter measurements; an honest mistake.
The problem is when she redesigned the bathroom, so much more work needed to be done with removing the adjoining tub and re-centering the drain, etc. that the new estimate was 20k, almost two times more than the original.
Re-Bath did not accept financial responsibility for any of the extra cost or the delay and the very long inconvenience of redoing the job.
Obviously, if we had this estimate of cost and duration to begin with, we would not have started the job with them; but it was not possible to stop it at that point. We had to go about 6 weeks without the use of the shower in the master bedroom and deal with the inconvenience of using the guest bathroom instead.

Dylan and Chris did a fantastic job. Very professional. Kept us informed every step of the way. The house was left very clean. Very satisfied with the shower and vanity. The shower looks amazing. Would recommend Rebath to anyone that asks. David our salesman when out of his way to accommodate us.

Mark & his crew at Sunset Tile & Bath are very talented & will rebuild or remodel just about any bathroom or kitchen you would present to them. Though remodels take time, my condo was remodeled to precision & I could not be happier. I had no communication issues, nor did I have any issues with the crew that worked on my place. They kept it clean & professional. The one con about the work done, is that I had to wait a couple of months, due to the high volume of work this crew must accomplish. If you want quality work, this crew is most certainly worth the wait.

The transformation to our bathroom was phenomenal. Jacob and his team removed a very outdated tub and replaced it with a modern new shower with a glass panel.
The work far exceeded our expectations. We strongly recommend Aqua Therapy Tubs and have already recommended them to our neighbors

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Very incredible bathroom remodel. Can’t say enough good things about this company!! Everything was done so professionally and accuarately! I would recommend them time and time again!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. No one can ever know that this place had undergone demolition just a few hours ago. Hats off to their professionalism.

They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

Love the new shower/tub! Randy did a great job! Even replaced the baseboard and cleaned up as he finished.

Gary Jones and Geoff Sanders, along w their supervisors Chris Gordon, and Frank Mancino did a wonderful job installing two showers for me. I love how beautiful they look. The young men were respectful, punctual and professional during the entire process. I recommend them to anyone.

I think this may be my first review on Google. Pro Bathtub Refinishing did my old, scratched-up, cast iron bathtub and my beat-up kitchen counter. Now both look brand new, it is easy to clean, by having it resurfaced as opposed to a huge remodel headache. Pro Bathtub Refinishing resurfaced both and gave my bathroom and kitchen a new life without ruining the environment..
