Cory Colvin, Ridge Clark, Tacho Mendoza & Chris Trujillo all were excellent! Our project was completed from start to finish in 3 days. They were respectful, clean & did an excellent job on all our windows and slider. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project you have!

On time, on budget, excellent work! What more could you ask for from a contractor remodeling your bathroom? They were as easy as it gets to work with. Highly recommend hiring these guys for your next remodel project.

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

They kept me instructed on the progress throughout the job and finished my job quicker than expected. I will always refer my friends and family to use Kitchen and bathroom remodelers phoenix!

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had our master bathroom remodeled and were extremely pleased. The crew was knowledgeable polite and very punctual. We appreciated the staff working on our schedule. The work was good quality and accomplished. 100% satisfied.

I filled out some form months ago and now they keep calling me. I've told 3 separate associates that I am not interested in a bathroom remodel. They said okay they will take me off their list, yet they called me the next day. I had to block their number, and yet they still leave me voicemails. How do I get this company to stop calling me? I just checked my phone records and I have received 11 calls and 5 voicemails. Please stop harassing me.EDIT: About 30 minutes after writing this review, they called me on an 800 number. I may need to look into a restraining order and/or filing a complaint with the ROC as well.Edit2: Their response below is incorrect. I did not call to make another inquiry. I called and asked them to stop calling me. I blocked so many of their numbers and then they would call me on another number that I hadn't blocked yet. I think I blocked over 5 of their random numbers.

Pricing isn't accurate. Was quoted an initial estimate in my home with the salesman seeing the space. Waited four days to receive a written estimate, only after calling office several times to request it did I receive it. The initial estimate then doubled. Asked the salesman why and was told the angles in my layout aren't standard and are an additional charge. Reached out to the owner and instead of him getting back to me he forwarded my concerns back to the salesman that had already misled me. Never heard from the owner or office staff. Would absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. Not a reliable company from the start could only imagine how frustrating it could have gotten had I decided to do any further business with them.

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom redone recently we are very happy how everything went since the first day with design consultant JR Crider was very patient and attentive he was very helpful. Also Sam Snedecor who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed, he did a fantastic job he was dedicated and any questions that we had was answer, he always wanted to make sure we were happy with the work he was doing, overall we love our new bathrooms. We highly recommend Re-Bath & Kitchens

If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

After meeting with several other companies, we hired ABA Home Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. The work they did exceeded our expectations! Not only was the price very reasonable, but the job was done promptly and professionally! Rob has extensive product knowledge and experience, which was so helpful throughout the design stage. He really listened and took the time to explain all possible options. Rob shared tips and suggestions for selecting products that were invaluable and efficiently managed the project from beginning to end. He kept us informed and was very responsive! ABA uses the highest quality materials and have a team of trustworthy, courteous and hard working craftsman. We will absolutely use them again for our next home remodel project! My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

I received estimates from several companies. I went with Home Concepts because they do not contract out their installers. Also, I felt comfortable working with a family owned and operated Arizona business.

I think this company is out of business. I left three messages over the course of three weeks seeking an appt to get modifications done for a disability. I heard nothing and cannot believe there are any five star reviews. Maybe if they were actually in business they could get five stars. Although their voice mail says Independence Home Remodel and this is Mike they do not appear to be in business since they do not answer their phone or return voice messages. They do not deserve your money - either they don't need your work or are actually out of business.
