My wife and I really love our new Master bathroom. The craftsman ship was excellent and it turned out exactly how we wanted. The team worked very clean making sure to not leave trash or debris. I really appreciated the high and constant level of communication. We knew who was going to be at the house, when they would arrive, and what was going to be accomplished that day. Overall the best experience with a contractor!!

Don and Darrell were awesome. Prompt, efficient, clean and attentive to detail. One issue with a handle that came off the next day- they were out immediately to correct it. Did find the floor was a little slick, but that is being corrected as well. They are very responsive to calls and have checked up on my satisfaction a couple of times after the install. Literally took 2 days to install just as they said and then one day to dry. I especially love the locker in the shower. Highly recommend this company for a tub to shower conversion.

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Darrius W. and Lester B. completed the installation of our new shower. These gentleman were on time, extremely professional, and offered amazing customer service. When they arrived, I explained that our son works nights and had just gotten off work and was sleeping in the front room. Both gentleman took this into account and did everything in their power to work around our resting son. Their work was was fast and immaculate. Both Darrius and Lester were welcoming and helpful in explaining the process to my wife and I. If we have another job done, I would hope Darrius and Lester are available to do the work. Westshore has been first rate in working with the design consultants Joe and Tom, to the installation team. An amazing company we will be working with in the future! Lani came out and made suggestions no other contractors did. She had fabulous options to choose from. We replaced a bath/ shower in one bathroom and chose a shower only in the other. The installer was professional, on time, and did impeccable work. We loved the communication and follow up.
