Best A/C Installation in Phoenix AZ

The redesign of my small yard was not only expensive but an epic hassle from day one. I can't possibly write a short synopsis of all the things that went wrong, but the highlights are:

-Total disregard for original budget
-Scheduling problems
-Contract disputes
-No recollection of previous discussions
-Stolen property
-Irrigation lines placed incorrectly resulting in damage to plants/trees

After 3 months the irrigation is still not installed correctly and I have to pay someone else to fix it because I refuse to work with them any longer. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

Lone star was great, we have had them landscape our front yard, work was professional and highest quality. They finished the work quickly and it really looks nice. After our experience with the front yard we had them tackle our backyard. They travertined the entire pool deck, extended the patio and the backyard is incredible all for a great price. I can't recommend Lone star enough they are great and finish out the work on time and are very professional.

From the design to completion Straight Line was awesome. Designer Holly delivered exactly what we wanted. Our projectt included a pool, patio extension pergola, and a ramada with a four burner gas grill, Primo kamado smoker, TV wall, and seating bar. The attention and professionalism all the way up to owner Travis was great. They all take great pride in providing the best quality. Beat a path to Straight Line for your outdoor project. You will have no regrets.

Chad delivered on his promises and his crew was punctual and professional. They were easy to work with and responsive to both suggestions and questions.

I was referred to Masterscapes by our long-time arborist when I needed a complete overhaul of our irrigation system. My initial experience was positive--until the actual scheduled workdate. The foreman originally assigned to my account (who I'd had in depth discussions with regarding expectations) did not show up and did not communicate the expected work to the on-site crew. They did their best, but did not meet my expectations. I communicated that with the lead on-site, and he assured me that the office would call me to make it right. I waited weeks. No call until nearly a month later and then it was to ask for the rest of the payment. I explained my dissatisfaction and they sent someone out to correct the issue, but unfortunately, I was not able to be home when the work was completed. This resulted in exposed lines in both my front and back yards, which was not my expectation. At that point, I was too frustrated to call the office again and just accepted that those lines would be exposed.

In the ~5 months since installation, several caps have disappeared from the lines, buried lines have become exposed (clearly not buried deep enough) and valve covers are regularly ajar/coming off because they were not installed flush with the ground like the work order instructed.

While everyone at this company was polite and professional to work with, I have found the quality of work and crew communication to be poor to average--especially considering how much I paid. I spent $4,800 to install a new PVC irrigation/dripline system in my front and back yards. The pricing was higher than the other bids, but because they came recommended from a trusted source and had glowing reviews online, I believed the work would be worth the higher price tag. It wasn't.

Since I have a 1-year warranty and satisfaction guarantee, I will be calling next week to request Masterscapes correct the issues mentioned above. Given the sub-par experience, I would NOT recommend them to a friend or family member.

I started using Divine Design Landscaping earlier this year at my vacation rental, and they offer the best combination of quality, price, and customer service of any landscaping company that I've ever used.

They also use a software that makes paying easy, and it also sends a summary invoice out.

They're highly responsive, and have accommodated some last minute changes to scheduling requests to make my guests happy. I asked if they could come by after 5 PM one day just because a guest of mine had a restrictive schedule and wanted to be there at the same time... I felt bad that it was that late in the day, but after an already long work day, they made it happen for me. Thank you for making it easier to run my business, and for all you do!

Oh and PS - the actual lawn looks amazing every time they finish too!

I used Sal's landscaping to clean up the yard in my newly purchased house. His team was on time and didn't a fantastic job cleaning up my yard, trimming two trees and getting the irrigation aligned with the plants in my Yard.
