Bill and his team arrived today to replace my ancient sprinkler system with all new system. I had several changes from the original quote, including a couple date changes. Trisha was very kind and responsive to my scheduling needs. Bill was always gracious and polite in responding to my changes. On install day TJ performed trench work and Bill and the team finished their work, cleaned everything up in same day and the price remained reasonable with the additional work done. I am very happy with the sprinkler heads installed and the results are amazing, the entire yard receives water, no bare spots! I am anxious now to get the ground prepped and plant some grass. Bill has given our yards a new lease on life! I highly recommend The Sprinkler Fixer.

I called BJ on a Sunday afternoon after my well stopped working. He was driving at the time, and so he had me send him pictures of the well. He pulled over to the side of the road to look at the pictures and walk me through troubleshooting the issue. After explaining to me what to do, I was able to diagnose the problem and put in a temporary fix for the evening so we wouldn't be without water. And it didn't cost me a dime, but it did cost him his time and effort. How is that for service?!?!

Ralph and his team did an outstanding job in creating our pondless waterfall! It was amazing to watch all of the creativity, details and skills that went into designing our beautiful waterfall. Everyone was very professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for making our dream come true. ? ❤️

I just had my kitchen redone and it looks stunning! Everyone that we worked with throughout this project was helpful and professional. The installers were exceptional and treated our house like their own. We are so happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend!

My husband Paul and I moved to Scottsdale from Florida to to be near our daughter’s family in our retirement...with one four year old grand daughter and a new arrival this past November!

It was extensive including removing walls to create open space and light, re-plastering walls and ceilings, new floors, kitchen, baths, doors, and creating a beautiful wooden focal wall around the television and fireplace area.
We were blessed to find Danny Niemela and company who gave us the peace of mind that we needed managing our project as we looked on from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
He was knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous to detail every step of the way. Our project manager Aaron and workers that we met, Rich and TJ, were also top professionals...all truly good people and gentlemen.
Aaron sent photos, videos and emails to us along the way, however our return upon completion was like being on an episode of HGTV! We walked in and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the workmanship and transformation.

Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!!

We've used and referred Arizona cabinets out to several friends they've always done an amazing job. They are prompt and responsive, which is hard to find in a contractor. They do outstanding work.

I highly recommend CustomCreative Remodeling for any major or minor home improvement projects you are considering. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. Communication with everyone involved who came to the house was easy and effective. A++ grade performance!!!

Tim our designer did amazing job ensuring all the details. The installation crew was highly professional. And the truth is with the size and scope of our kitchen we did end up with a couple of hiccups, but Affinity staff resolved every issue professionally and promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Working with Bobby and his team on our guest house conversion was a pleasure. Bobby is a very talented architect/designer. His overall design from the initial rendering to the final build out was outstanding! The fact that Atelier507 provides full project integration -- from design to full contractor services and project management -- made the process efficient and convenient. Bobby listened to what we wanted, was receptive to feedback, and the project was on time and done within our agreed upon budget. His team was professional, reliable, extremely hardworking, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the duration of the project, which we very much appreciated. Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. The manager’s daily visits while the renovations were taking place was reassuring that we made the right decision with hiring them. Thank you !!

The cabinets in my 1970's bathroom were a mess. The cabinets were dated and the doors would not close. I wanted to update the cabinets without having to remove the existing counters and flooring.
