I dealt with Trisha for scheduling and Bill for the work. I needed a new irrigation system because mine kept having leaks as well as a pressure regulator and capping of 2 valves. Both Trisha and Bill were courteous and professional and answered any questions I had. Bill was available via call/text and showed up on time the day we scheduled. He even did additional work for me and fixed a leak in my pool autofill line.

The pricing was fair as well and Bill didn’t try to upsell me, but did give me his opinion and let me make whatever decisions I thought best. I would use them again myself and would recommend them to anyone else as well.

I needed an entirely new drip system for my yard that includes a couple hundred plants. Bill and his crew (David plus others) did a fantastic job- very thorough and efficient, using a much more superior product than any of the other bids I obtained and at the best price. I did sufficient due diligence for this project, and finding The Sprinkler Fixer was the best scenario I could have imagined. Literally the best scenario. Outstanding work and very professional! Bill and his crew installed a brand new irrigation system in our yard. Unbelievably, they were done in a few hours. They also cleaned up everything so much that you'd never know they had been there. We waited a few weeks to write the review so that we could attest there have been no issues. We can now tell you that Bill set up the watering system perfectly for the individual plants. In fact, our plants have never looked better!! They are flourishing! This past week, we did find what we thought was a leak in our system (turned out to be the neighbor's system, not ours), so we texted Bill that morning and Bill's crew showed up that afternoon to check their work. I had this company come out and help us with connecting the irrigation system to the sprinklers and changing the valves a few months ago and was very happy with their work.
Today I called them to fix a couple of holes in the irrigation system and see why part of it wouldn't run. I was told it would be around $120 but he would confirm the price with me before he does any work and it is a free estimate. The son of the owner of the company came out. He looked for the first hole in the raised garden by climbing in it and stepping on my plants, digging up everywhere, completely made a mess, and said there wasn't a hole which was great. He did not clean up the mess at all and the tubing is all exposed. Told me he would patch the second hole and I said okay. Stepped inside to text my husband that there was no hole in the raised garden. Came out and he was already done fixing the hole. But that he has to call his dad because he can't figure out why our system isn't working. Then told me it would be $90 for him fixing the one hole that was at ground level. Said that is the minimum charge since he came all the way out to my house (I live in central Phoenix). I expressed I was shocked he would not have told me it would cost 90 before he did the work. He said he was surprised I wanted to know the price beforehand because he always fixes things without giving a quote then gives people the price. I expressed I have always had someone at least give me an estimate before they do any work. He knocked the price down to $75 but I will never go back here. He didn't even know how to fix the problem after he showed up an hour later than he told me he would arrive. I would have never had him do the work had i known it would be $90 to repair a simple hole in the tubing. I have tried to call them about this multiple times but they are not answering the phone.

I called Bill with the sprinkler fixer because I was having all kinds of leaks and problems with my timer. Bill was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. Bill looked over the system and based on his years of experience in this business recommended an overhaul of my drip system. Bill took time to explain all that the job would include (new valves, main line tubing of better quality, timer and emitters). Bill showed up when he said he would completed all of the work, explained the timer to me and set it all up! He also helped me out with some of my sprinkler heads for my grass area. Top Notch is what comes to mind when referencing The Sprinkler Fixer. I had a bunch of leaks and every company I called were unresponsive or giving me quotes that it would take at least 3 weeks to even give me an estimate. Very professional, was able to get started a couple days after to completely redo my whole irrigation system at a fair price! If you need any maintenance or irrigation repair for yard, this company is definitely one to go with. I called Bill to get my sprinkler valves replaced as I had a pool of water leaking. Bill then quoted me a great price and came out the next day to do the install. Turns out that it wasn't my valves that were leaking but another break from the main line feeding the valves. To my surprise, Bill did not charge me more than what he quoted even though he had to do more work than originally quoted. Him and his son did great work and was done within a couple hours.

Noticed a puddle next to my irrigation control box and some sprinklers not getting much power to them. They quickly replaced with a few new valves for a good price and traced the leak to a sewer pipe and suggested a plumber to use. They showed up late on the first visit, then didn't have the parts to fix it. On the second visit the next day, they fixed one valve, however when they turned on the water a second valve started leaking. They didn't notice this and left. When I got home, I found my front yard flooded. I called them and they said they would be out in the next three days to fix this. On the third day, which was Saturday, they said they couldn't make it and it would have to be Monday.

The father and son seemed nice, but they did incomplete work, they were not timely and in the end I had to find someone else.

I immediately texted and called with a very urgent need and willing to pay but no response ! .. I was so confused because they seemed to be very service oriented so I gave them another chance . Terrible service! I called them to repair one of my sprinkler heads and after talking to them decided to go with a new system. It worked good for about a month before it just stopped working. After months I finally got them to come back out and they only fixed half of the system and left. That was about a month ago and it is still not working. They have not responded to any of my calls or messages. Basically I paid $1,200 for them to break my sprinkler system. I have never taken anyone to small claims court before but I will most likely taking them to court. Stay away from this company!

I hired this company to route a new irrigation line (because I got a soft water system). I also hired them to replace the sprinkler valves and replace my entire drip system. When I started having problems, they would not stand behind their work. First, the siphon valve next to the valve box started leaking. They told me I had to pay for it because they didn’t touch it, even though they worked all around it. During that repair, they somehow knocked all of the electrical connections to the valves loose and I had to rewire. A couple of months later there was a problem in a drip line and I may lose a tree. They never did come out for that. Several months later, a pest control person found a leak in the valve box that is causing a significant insect problem in my house. The guy that came out to fix it rolled his eyes at the small leak but said they would switch things out and fix it. Nothing could be further from the truth. It looks like they just cut some pvc pipe and fixed an easier joint to make it look like they did something. The leak is now worse than ever. And while I was explaining the leak, he cranked on the siphon valve that they had replaced a few months earlier. I heard it crack and I knew he broke it. And now there is significant leaking. He told me I would have to pay for parts for what I watched him break. I had another contractor out today who says that they used the cheapest materials possible and the sprinkler valves they installed may not even be new. They are already missing the flow handles.

That’s a lot to read. So to summarize, they are affordable but won’t stand behind their work.

straight forward honest and hard working - what else do you need to know. I wasn't around when they finished the job, but I left a check. Then a week or so later I had some questions about the timer and they came back and gave me a tutorial. I will use them again in the future.

In all my years of doing business, these folks were the worst. There were threats to tear out a manifold if they did not get their demands. Stay away from these people.
