There is no price tag you can put on my restoration pond. I knew when I met with you to finally design this space, way back in February… that it wasn’t about investing in a water feature, it was about building something to protect and nurture my mental health. A really important medical expense for one who struggles with mental wellness.

I have spent most of my life soul searching, seeking out, finding, consulting, and studying with the best psychologists, psychotherapists, medicines, and healers. While they have all helped me survive, they’ve always fallen short of helping me live.

Until my Restoration Pond:

She is strong and constant. Always there. Never too little or too much. Whether I’m running late, or have hours to spare, I make it a point to sit in her presence before I leave home, and again before I sleep. It is her unwavering presence that drowns out life’s noise—with the sound of flowing water—steadying my brain and soul, even when I’m at my shakiest.

What you’ve given me is more than a beautiful water feature. More than a place for my new koi fish. More than an oasis for the migrating songbirds. You’ve given me the backbone to my mental stability. One I can rely on heavily, without ever worrying if it will ever fade, grow tired, change, or leave.

My dear friend got it perfectly when she said “He created something more than a Pond for you.”

There are three reasons I chose Pondscapes to redo my pond.
1. Ralph is an owner operator, so he will be at the job site ensuring that you are getting top quality work done.
2. His previous work looks great and I could tell that he delivers a quality product.
3. He has great reviews from previous customers. He had a few low rated reviews but they most if not all look like they are fake reviews from someone that did not actually contract him to do work.

Even though my expectations were high, I feel like they were exceeded after the job was done.

We love our pondless waterfall that we got from Ralph and his team. They were able to fit our project in a month ahead of schedule. They always arrived on time, we were out of town for a good part of the work, Ralph sent us pictures, texts and videos so we could follow along and be updated every step of the way. We love the end result as well. It's beautifully done, adds such a great quality and tranquility to our yard and even has path lighting to make it a wonderful feature even at night. I would recommend Pondscapes to any interested in an upscale water feature!

Our Pondless waterfall was completed about 2 weeks ago. Can't say enough about Ralph and Blake. They were very responsive, professional and always on time, unlike other contractors during these difficult times.
We love Ralph's attention to detail and his artistic eye, as this will be the focal point of our new backyard. All areas were cleaned up everyday and they also protected other areas as they brought in supplies. Alison was a delight on the phone answering any and all questions we had. Before hiring Pondscapes, I had called several Companies around the Valley, but none were as knowledgeable or helpful in determining exactly what we needed or wanted. The answers lead us to a Pondless Waterfall vs something else.

Pondscapes AZ is an amazing company!

We originally contacted Pondscapes when a pump motor failed on an old existing water feature. After consulting with Ralph we determined that the best solution was to remove our old water feature and install an Aquascapes Eco-pond. Thus began an incredible journey with the most amazing professional, visionary, hard working, and friendly team of folks we have ever hired for a home project.

Ralph is an artist as can be seen in examples of Pondscapes AZ projects. We agreed on a general concept for what we wanted e.g. waterfall, pond size, features, and then let Ralph use his creativity and knowledge to make it happen with his talented crew. Our project had its challenges but the team overcame every obstacle and delivered the most stunning pond imaginable, on time and on budget.

Ralph and his Pondscapes crew (Blake and Jarron) performed a miraculous renovation of our dilapidated koi pond. Ralph artistically transformed the ugly pond into a beautiful, solid, and clean koi pond with underwater and waterfall lights.
