Our sales rep was Justin and he was great from the minute he walked in the door. Second visit he brought pictures of how our solar would look on our roof. Also expertly explained how solar would benefit us and how much money we would save. Also has tax breaks and incentives that were very beneficial.. we were going to go ahead and sign up but unfortunately something happened personally and we weren't able to go ahead with the project. I would highly recommend this company.

We moved to Arizona from Chicago less than 2 yrs ago and had no idea what solar pannels were. We had people knocking on our door at least 2 times a week to offer us this service but we never considered it before we finally met Jennifer Knoll. She was wonderful, very professional and not pushy as the others. She explained why this would be a benefit to us and how to save money by switching to solar pannels. We signed a contract and Jennifer explained the entire process and when to expect the work to be completed. The experience was wonderful and she kept in touch with us during the entire process. Everything was great and we are very happy with our new solar pannels!! Jennifer kept texting us even after the work was done, juat to say hi and ask how we were doing. If anyone decides to get theirs, please consider working with Jennifer. You won't regret it!!

Got referred to this company, couldn't recommend the work more. Zach and his company had a super competitive/low cost, they were quick to communicate with me during the process and the end result is great. Got up and running in January, everything is fine and dandy so far.

Ultra energy was a great choice for us. They were professional and everything was done quickly. They answered all of our questions and concerns .
As of writing, my solar system has been up and running for 3.5 months. I primarily communicated with Alec, who handled sales and communication, and Zach, who also was involved in the process. The system installation was done quickly and professionally. My roof tiles were not damaged at all and the equipment on the side of the house is well-mounted. The panels, inverter, and other hardware are all extremely high quality.
I enjoy checking out the SolarEdge dashboard every few weeks to see the instantaneous and average power output. Everything lines up nicely with my expectations and what I was sold. I've recommended Ultra Energy to several friends and I will continue to do so.
Going solar through Ultra Energy was a great experience. Dayne was my first point of contact and remained integral throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and promptly and thoroughly addressed all my questions and concerns. He also kept me informed throughout the process so I always knew what was happening and when. Sage was a big help in this as well. The equipment seems to be of good quality and the system price was extremely reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Ultra Energy for anyone looking to save money while helping the environment!

I had a great experience, 10/10! The got me installed in 3 weeks and turned on within 2 weeks after install! 11.47KW and my first bill was negative! They do great work, even painted my conduit and installed bird netting.

Didn't think we could do solar because we're with SRP. Zach came by and sat down with my wife and me. Answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood those answers.
Installation went without a hitch. The company handled everything. We just sat back and watched as the panels were installed and ultimately turned on. The whole process took less than a month.
Along the way Zach was available 24/7, and checked in with us often to see if we had any questions about anything at all.
Panels have been in place and generating energy for a couple of weeks now. We love looking at the app and seeing what we're producing.
Couldn't be happier with how it all went. Highly recommend the company.

I don’t know much about Solar and how the process works. I was nervous to take that leap but Karina and Edwin really helped me understand how the process of solar works. Most people try to force you to buy and sell you on how good their product is. Karina and Edwin were great about making sure I knew all the information before I took any further steps.

First, the only review is from Scott who is actually their director of sales and he's the reason I'm writing this review. I sent an online request for a 20 panel system and later that day Scott called me. Instead of him setting up a consultation I spent 5 minute answer questions about the other companies, how I received quotes, my process of getting quote and how the other companies are doing it wrong. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to educate me for a minute. I just wanted a quote or consultation which he didn't even offer to set up. There is 170 other accredited solar companies in Phoenix, so I'll just use one of them. I wanted a 20 panel system because I don't want to go in debt to go solar. The ROI for solar is 8 year to pay for the system and another 9 years to pay back the interest. So you're actually saving 45k not 100k, which is still a good ROI if you can wait 25 years

1 star is too high for them.
Don't trust anything they say regarding financing and the added value to your home. Verify it for yourself. Do your research. If you sign anything that seems like a loan like we did, know that this will be a secured loan, i.e. that there will be a lien put on your property.
Solar panels can only add value to your home if they are paid for in full or are financed through a credit card, not a loan.
They bent the facts to serve their purpose, i.e. getting our business. Afterwards, the owner told us he never lied and that you initialed everything, i.e. you should have known better and to Talk to my lawyers. Ultra Energy AZ and their representatives distorted the truth.
P.S. If you do decide to go forward with solar with any company, record all your meetings with them, have every single detail put in writing before signing anything.
