Best Service And Repair in Phoenix AZ

I needed a cutoff valve under my sink to be replaced so I called the Home Warranty company. They sent out a plumber and he went to shutoff the water outside and it didn't work and is not covered by the home warranty, so he quoted me almost $500 to replace my outside cutoff valve. I called Reddi Services to get a second opinion and they sent Brent S. out to take a look and give me a quote. His quote was over $150 less than the other guy. Brent was really friendly, explained why it didn't work and was able to quickly replace it. The only reason I'm not having him replace the valve under the sink is that I've already paid the Home Warranty fee. Reddi Services is becoming my go to company for all my plumbing needs!

I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

3,000 miles away, Sunday morning, and broken sewer pipe...one company answered the phone. That prompt response was only the beginning of impeccable, polite, and professional service. Communication was constant, pricing fair, and trust immediate. My tenants felt the same level of comfort in their face to face interactions as I did in my long-distance ones. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

My normal Plumber was unavailable. I had a leaking pipe on the roof of our house. Option one send a technician out the same day. He was very helpful fixed the leak and also noticed there was another place that was going to break soon… And fixed that one as well.I’ve used option one before for unclogging drains… But it looks like they do good plumbing work as well! I will use them again.

What an absolute OUTSTANDING experience we had with Bumble Bee Plumbing! I genuinely cannot recall the last time I left a positive review for a company. Chance with Bumble Bee Plumbing came out to our residence well before the ETA provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, not in a rush at all to explain a plan of what our expectations were. Chance was considerably diligent, the customer service he provided is immeasurable compared to the 'okie doke' standards we seem to be okay with these days. First off, I was referred to Priority through a customer that brought his vehicle to my place of business. I called immediately and talked with Sofie and my appointment was set ASAP!
Second the service technician Dustin was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! He took care of all my issues and made sure that I was a satisfied customer, even though I was in his face trying to assist! He went above and beyond what I needed to make sure the line was not clogged and all was taken care of.
All said and done… amazing experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
