Saturday late afternoon while attempting to replace corroded 35 year old washing machine hot & cold water valves (with new ones) in our laundry room, I found it impossible to make a seal against the existing compression sleeves without leaking. Although it was after 6:00pm and the weekend, I felt frustrated and helpless. My wife Googled plumbing services online and found REDDI HEROES which noted no extra weekend expenses. After reading many of the reviews we felt secure in contacted them to see if it was possible to have this serviced still that night. Not only did they say that it was doable, but they responded back in a timely manner and said that Pepe Munoz would let me know ASAP if he could accommodate us. He called back within minutes and said he was in north Scottsdale and could make it in approx. one and a half hours...and if that was too late early Sunday morning. I was desperate in that the water was turned off to my house and asked if possible could he make it that night. He was a man of his word and arrived about 1.5 hours later to examine the situation. He and his assistant Brian then proceeded to grab their tools and repaired our valves quickly and professionally and waited long enough to ensure that the leaks were gone. I pride myself in being a handyman around the house, but they had all the specific tools needed and knowhow to complete the mess I had made.....and at a reasonable price! Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Morghon Liddell from the San Diego area came out promptly to help me with multiple issues going on in my house; drain cleaning, garbage disposal and water pressure. He gave me a quote right away as well as multiple other options. He cleaned my drain beautifully and talked me through the whole process in case it ever clogs again. He was super nice and cheerful! A person I would welcome into my home to fix anything! He is my new go to for any future repairs.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Arrogant! Right off the truck guy has an attitude. I have no use for you unless you know where your septic tank is. This is how you introduce yourself to a customer? By the way thanks for unrolling my 90' garden hose & leaving it out. Here is the lighter side, after calling & speaking to the receptionist she was very apologetic and nice to talk with. She said she would call the owner of the business and talk to him about it.

Edited for recent service on 02/01/23:Chose to call for service on my water heater at about 9 pm last night and they dispatched someone immediately this morning. Only went without hot water for about 24 hours. Service tech was knowledgeable, courteous, clean, and worked fast. Chris was very thorough and asked if I needed anything else looked at and he ended up fixing 2 or three more things in the house. Pricing was affordable and mostly painless.10/10 will call again.(Previous service review)I’m glad I chose Bumblebee Plumbing. The customer service was great from every aspect, the dispatcher and the plumber (Richard) were both very pleasant. I called to make the appointment and was able to get one based on my schedule, they sent an email confirming that my plumber was on his way and included a picture of him. That was very thoughtful and made me feel like my safety is a priority to them. The plumber showed up masked and with protective booties on his shoes. He fixed my leaky toilet, showed and explained what he did, and gave me quotes that I asked for. I’m very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. The office staff went above and beyond to help me and kept me up to date through the entire process and there were no surprises. On both visits to the home they explained everything that was gonna be happening as well as educate me on how to maintain the septic properly going forward.
Other companies can take a lesson from them on customer service too!

Your frustration from the truth of my review, is understandable, considering the facts. Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

Belcito Plumbing deserves all the stars they can get! I've used them twice- at my house to fix a sewer pipe and at my Mom's to fix the main water line to the house. Both times the job was done on time, correctly, and within the estimate. Mike was especially appreciated at my Mom's house. Totally professional, helpful by explaining things, and making her feel comfortable with the repair. Jay and his crew are highly recommended by us!

Awesome staff and reasonable prices. This is the first time we have had a home with a septic tank and Coopers did an excellent job making sure our service experience was great. I would highly recommend Coopers Sewer & Drain for all your septic tank needs. I spoke with 2 other companies to get a general idea of the cost to drain our septic tank, Coopers definitely had the most reasonable rates. The staff is professional, kind an easy to work with. I will be using their services in the future.

This company is fantastic! We have older apartment units that periodically develop plumbing issues. While my husband often did the repairs in the past , he travels a lot and misses the opportunity ? to make the repairs. However, he is very picky about workmanship, reliability and price and he is very happy with the service we have received from Option One Plumbing.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
