Alien AC are the only guys I trust! I've been using them for all my heating and cooling needs for years. I get honest upfront advice and service, and feel they always have my best interest at heart. I purchased a new unit from them several years ago plus they are able to keep by other original Trane running at minimum cost.

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

But, lucky for me and my family, Daniel from Preferred Air came out within an hour, at 8:30 p.m., and got it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.

Great Company to work for, they are all so friendly and treat employees well. I only have been with the company a little over a year and can't even count on how many lunches and shirts they gave away. It's nice knowing they care about the guys out in the field and in the office.

We had Green ID out to our home in June to do an Energy Audit. I never even knew this existed. It was like stupid cheap too. There were so many cool little fixes that helped for better air flow. Our master bedroom is the warmest in the house which makes no sense since the kids don't pay the utility bills.
David recommended many changes that should save us more than 25% on our utility bills. I can't afford everything right now so he helped me come up with a plan to get it all done over the next 6 months. Meanwhile we were able to fix the airflow problem right away which is awesome.
