Our laundry washer valve broke as we were installing a new washer and the condo complex only had the water turned off for a few hours. Remington was able to get the parts, get there and make the repairs within the shutoff time frame. Thanks again!

And he left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Does he do floors? Just kidding. Sort of. Great job and hope he is around in 10 years for my replacement.

. Office personnel rude, not coordinated with employees, no employee handbook ever given, even though employers enforce hidden guidelines in a employee handbook. Northern Arizona project manager never returns or shares interested input by employee request.

When our counter that they had made and installed developed a crack in it, they said it was because a crockpot we had used was excessive heat, so they wouldn't repair it. This was a standard crockpot, not a charcoal grill. Even when talking to one of the installers about the situation being a little ridiculous after all money the kitchen cost, he agreed. But of course there was nothing that could be done about it.
