Best Water Filtration System in Phoenix AZ

Travis came out and got my AC ready for summer use. My AC is 16 years old and the capacitor was working at less than 10% of manufacturers recommended output. I am trying to baby my AC to last four years so I decided to have Travis install the new one. I really wanted the model with the 5 year warranty but my budget dictated the 1 year warranty. I love this company. Their techs are not on commission so I did not feel that they upsell.

This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

They always show up on time. Seems to be a reliable and honest company. I use them to maintain and service ACs at rental places.

Great customer service. The tech knew what was wrong and got us up and running quick. We were only melting for a short period of time. I'm very happy with the the service we received this year.

My visit from Jeff at Lincoln Air was the most helpful and professional home visit I have ever received. He was honest and fair and was able to explain our AC issues and solutions very well.

Chad was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous. He performed my yearly maintenance routine and everything checked out okay and is working properly. Purchased my unit in 2017 and I'm reaping the savings. I used to pay almost $300 for one household in the summer months and my June bill is projected to be $150 this month.Invest in a new unit it's worth the savings!!! I have a 4 ton 15 seer that covers 1486 square feet home.

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

Staff arrived on time, completed the installation in one day, clean up very good, very courteous staff.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night about 10pm (this always happens to me ?). I called the emergency number and left a message. I got a call from Scott at 7am on Saturday morning and said he would make sure I am he first on the list for the office to call me at 8am to schedule a service tech to come that day to fix. Now mind you it is a Saturday. They got me scheduled to have someone come between 2-5pm that day. But to my delight; the technician called at 10:30 am to let me know he was on his way. Which was perfect b/c they did not know we were throwing a huge surprise party that day and we had no plan B to move the party. The technician was super nice and very professional and had the repairs done within the hour and they did not charge me that emergency weekend fee that most A/C companies do when it is a visit on a weekend. I have been with this company for years and have recommended many people to them and they do not disappoint. Everyone I have recommended this company to is also very pleased with their services and their pricing. Keep up the great job SMW!

Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end (for now) from this company! Making an appointment was super easy and the technician was friendly, quick, very helpful with information, polite and completely professional. I will not hesitate to call this company again when I need a plumber.

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.
