I have used A.P.E.S. two separate times now for a rental with AC issues and have been impressed with their availability, knowledge of technicians, and prices. I had Adam come out today to fix my house getting it ready for sale and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and obviously following a standard thorough diagnostic process. He offered a fee solutions and also offered me some lower priced alternatives so I was well informed to make a solid decision. I will definitely be using again for my HVAC and possibly plumbing needs!

They came by to see my Plumbing issue. It was a simple fix. They didn't try to up sale me on anything. They should let people know in advance about the service charge but I understand. I'm happy how things turned out.

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

Ryan was out the same day we called him, found the odd part that we needed and we're up and running and staying cool for our excessively hot Fathers Day weekend! Very happy and satisfied. Will definitely call him again (if needed) and will refer him to all our neighbors.

Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Dealt with Cheyenne, super patient answering my questions and was very knowledgeable! Work was done promptly and they showed up on time. Quality of the work was above par and after they left it's like they weren't here. Space was clean, and no damage just nice cold AC!. 10 of 10 would recommend.

We had Green ID out to our home in June to do an Energy Audit. I never even knew this existed. It was like stupid cheap too. There were so many cool little fixes that helped for better air flow. Our master bedroom is the warmest in the house which makes no sense since the kids don't pay the utility bills.
David recommended many changes that should save us more than 25% on our utility bills. I can't afford everything right now so he helped me come up with a plan to get it all done over the next 6 months. Meanwhile we were able to fix the airflow problem right away which is awesome.

He checked are AC system and cleaned it up and showed us pictures of the work. I really recommend this company they will take care of you.

I wish to thank SMW Refrigeration and Heating once again for their prompt, reliable service and friendly, professional service representatives. Recently, my A/C Unit stopped working and I called SMW to come out and troubleshoot. The service technician, Kevin, was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and assisted me in getting the right help I needed to resolve the issue. The issue wasn’t the A/C unit, it was an electrical issue that I had resolved through a licensed electrician and SRP. Without Kevin’s assistance, I would have not had A/C for several days. Thank U Kevin and SMW for your continuous professionalism, service and reliability.

This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them

late night call, was quoted 230, made an appointment for 12:30, plumber calls at 12:40 wait another hour and a half, oh, and the bait and swith price was more than double.
