Best Water Heater Issues in Phoenix AZ

Had issue with my water heater. Called Hays and they sent out Justin Flowers. He informed me that my water heater was past its life span. Needless to say Justin installed a new energy efficient tankless heater. Quality work at a great price. Highly recommend Hays

Jair, our technician, did our plumbing inspection. The washing machine connections were corroded. Everything else in the house was great.
Jair left to get needed parts. Returned and did the needed repairs quickly and professionally.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have used Daniel off and on for 5 years. He his the best most honest plumber. I highly recommend this company!

Zeke came out and introduced himself and tested everything and was able to get a quote for me in no time flat. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent some time providing me with knowledge of water valves, how things were installed, and if necessary what to do in a water emergency. Great customer service. My tech Louis was awesome. he really knows his business and Pro Skill really KNOWS HOW TO HIRE. Louis even alerted me to a natural gas leak at me meter that I had fixed while he was still here.Your techs and company are one of the best I have ever used .Pro Skill just installed two brand new AC units. Second Opinion Plumbing were great! We were having issues with our hot water heater and it was time to be replaced. They were able to come to our home quickly and replaced our hot water heater in no time! They were very professional, affordable and easy to work with!

Of course, the holiday weekend, extremely hot, and one of our a/c units quits. We muddled through and placed our service call early Tuesday morning, July 5, 2022. Amazingly, our tech arrived within an hour and a short while later the unit was repaired! When the invoice arrived we had a question...and we were most pleasantly surprised with a suitable adjustment. This was the second time we called on 911 and the second time we were well cared for. Our technicians are on-call 24/7, so we can help you with any HVAC emergencies you might have, day or night. That last sentence is the most important to me. My AC went out and I called them at 9pm. The answering service answered and said they would schedule me a call back tomorrow. I advised them that their own website says day or night 24/7 technicians on call and when I informed Tiffany of this she simple scoffed, said ok and hung up on me.
