It's never fun to have to get an entirely brand new air conditioning unit. It's expensive and trying to price shop and find the right service people to handle the job is a pain!

HOWEVER, the team at Hobaica made the entire experience so easy!! It started with our sales person Jarred, who educated us on the right type of unit for our home and got us the best price compared to other companies.

Then...when the installers showed up, they were on time, completely professional, efficient and CLEAN!! This was not an easy job and they were impeccable in the way they left everything. It was extremely difficult to access the unit in our attic, but they did it perfectly.

These 4 men, Jason, Ivan, Zach and Justin handled the job beautifully!! This team was GREAT!! I highly recommend Hobaica! They did such a wonderful job and now we have a cool house once again! Thank you guys!!

The repairman came out quickly during the busy season and was able to diagnose the problem. The company quickly turned around quotes on various ways to proceed forward. Unit was replaced and the entire crew was polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. I have recommended this company to several other people now.

Temperature Pro was able to come out on just 24 hour notice. The technician was very nice and professional. After just buying our first home, my fiance and I noticed that we had terrible airflow going to our master bedroom. We thought that we had a major issue that would cost a lot of money. The technician (forgot his name) found a piece of card board or foam that was blocking our vent. It was probably used to help airflow but became detached. We received pictures of the piece and airflow is back to normal. If you are looking for an honest company, that responds quickly, I would choose temperature pro all day!

I have used Ace for 5 years. They replaced my system initially when I first used them. They have always been very professional. I have had Billy Stringer as an on-site technician twice. He is very knowledgeable and a true professional. Being a technician myself in the heavy construction equipment industry I very much respect him for that. Issac and Kane replaced my water heater today, the same day they came out to diagnose it. They worked so hard in the AZ heat! They replaced our entire unit and added safety features to keep my family safe. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. Even when I was just being nosey, its pretty cool to watch them build the pipes and everything,they were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
