We used APES for our install of a new bath tub faucet plumbing and a shower waste relocation in our master bath. They were quick to send out a plumber to price the job and their pricing was reasonable. I appreciated that the plumber gave a price that was based on the job he saw when he reviewed our bath and didn't just rattle off standard pricing like one of his competitors.

Two stars only because service technician did a good job at fixing the issue now ever 161.00 to blow dirt out a plugged water drain is really expensive no parts were needed or changed...so that was a negative. I called in the morning air was not working they said 11 Originally they would be there then it became 3 at 430 I was called and told they were running late at 830 pm I had not heard from them so I called and was given no answer as to why and at about 920 roughly a tech showed up. I paid this company 240 for a year of vip service but so far I’m not hugely impressed ....maybe the next service will be better.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Edie is an excellent technician, a plumber master, he took time to diagnose the problem and fix it efficiently.

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

I really appreciated talking to a live person when I called to get the repair information on my Split AC unit. And not only did I get to talk to a real person, they were also very friendly!Robert was was our tech and I can't say enough about his very professional service, and he also was super friendly!I wish more companies would conduct themselves with this great quality of customer service!

David was wonderful once again. He's been here before to help with our split unit in our workshop that has a leak issue. Always honest and educational with ideas of how to correct issues, etc. And they never take advantage. Highly recommend.

Good fast service! Done right the first time.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
