I called and they said they would arrive in about an hour, they arrived in an hour, came in a mask. Fixed my broken cartridge and was out in about 35 minutes. Very much appreciated their timely service.

Eddie was great! He told me about items that can protect my system. He did all of it same day. He even found a issue with a part and replaced it for me.

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The employees are timely and kind, the office is polite, and the work is fast, efficient, and appropriately priced. I DEFINITELY recommend Lincoln Air!

Karl was very professional in all his dealings with me (after finishing his previous job, and speaking with me, he was able to arrive early), very knowledgeable of my AC unit, had the proper part in his van and repaired the unit efficiently and thoroughly. Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......
