Woke up to our AC blowing warm air on a Saturday morning with a heat wave setting in. Within a few hours, their technician, Travis, arrived and after troubleshooting, replaced the compressor. Travis was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable; explained everything, and promptly made the repair. I highly recommend Hobaica for AC issues.

I seldom leave reviews as I expect good service, unless an company is extremely bad, but Frank went above and beyond by explaining our system to us and also installing a new thermostat while he was here. His service and patience was excellent. Will recommend.

The attic potion of our AC system died last Thursday. When the AZPC technician, Mack, verified this and put in an order for a new Trane, he left a portable AC and installed it in the hottest bedroom, to help us make it through the hot weekend until our new system - both outside and attic units - arrived and could be installed. The four-man team arrived at 6:45 Monday morning and could not have been more professional or worked harder than these men did. They were courteous, positive, and very helpful explaining our new thermostat and how to ease our new AC into running at our preferred level of cooling. They also thoroughly covered up their walkway and work area and then cleaned up the insulation, etc., that had fallen from the attic while they worked. When our packet of information arrived in the mail, we were thrilled to see that we now have a 14-year warranty (mostly transferrable) and a built-in semi-annual service plan. Our AC is running better than it ever has in the three years we have lived here. We are thrilled with our experience with AZ Perfect Comfort and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

Just had Howard Air install a new HVAC system in a house that we are renovating. I called a several other local companies for bids on what we were wanting replaced in an older home; most were reluctant since it was deemed what they would call 'new construction'. My next door neighbor was also doing a renovation and recommended I call Kevin from Howard Air as they were the company he had just used and had me come see the work that had been completed. I was impressed with what I saw with the newly installed fan coil unit and associated ducting. I called Kevin and he and Tanner came to our home for a walk through on what they would recommend and provided me a thorough analysis and quote within in the following week. Howard Air's quote was higher than two other well known HVAC companies but I liked their approach and the design they provided. We proceeded with the contract and Tanner worked well with our general contractor in coordinating the installation times and availability as to not interfere with the other trades at the house. After an addition was added to our house it created a change to the original vent ducting design from how we both envisioned the roof hips coming together. Tanner kept me informed on a recommended design change to meet the potential heating and cooling loads that the room would require for the correct climate control with no additional hidden charge. I have been extremely impressed with all of the Howard Air personnel with their professionalism and communication throughout this HVAC replacement and look forward to a continued relationship as we utilize their maintenance services to keep our system running in tip top shape.

Preferred Air was fantastic. I have had three other companies come out and all of them either recommended whole unit replacements or guesses at what was wrong and never followed up. Preferred Air was able to diagnose the issues and explain our options. They were on time and professional, the front office was great too. Craig and his team were the hvac techs which came out. Highly recommend this place!

New AC/heating units installed in my home. Timothy came today to do a post install quality check. He spent 4 hours here, checking and testing the system from end to end. I was very impressed and very happy to know that the system was installed correctly and he did end up topping off the coolant. Great job all around. Very happy!

Arizona Pro Service did an amazing job for us as we installed a new ac unit and new ducting. From the very start of the project they were prompt, efficient, knowlegable and competent. They are clean workers, polite and friendly. On the admin side they provided a detailed quote and their price is highly competitive. This is a truly professional company that offers a superlative and unparalleled service. Our whole project was conducted without a single hitch. We highly recommend.

Hands down, the best contractor I have ever worked for. They show quality and integrity in their work and effort, job done right every time, bottom line. They value their best employees and don't hesitate to remove those who do not meet their highest of standards, this is especially great for their clients. They are union on their pipe trades side so, rest assured, you're getting exactly what you pay for. They are thorough and highly trained, unlike a lot of non union contractors out there. I hope to one day work with them again as they are a well oiled machine and have some of the best management and employees I've had the privilege to work with so far.

First call made to request an estimate on repairing a large commercial 7.5hp ventilation fan. Was told the service manager would call me back. No response. Second call, they ask me who I spoke to(idk a csr person??) they check to see if they have any information on what I'm calling about... And then they get back to me and say they're sorry, they're not taking any new customers right now at this time of the year. It is only April it's been in the '80s barely '90s. This is Phoenix. Seriously.

David Byrnes is extremely knowledgeable and will provide a thorough and complete evaluation of your current system or of your needs for a new system. Their prices for HVAC units and service are quite reasonable and definitely below the big companies you see advertised on TV, mailings and newspapers. The installation team for the new heat pump I purchased were great. They did a quality job, were professional and friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.
