Best System Design in Phoenix AZ

We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote (Jon explained the process with the quote) and scheduled the work. David, our tech, was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

Diversified roofing installed roof on our new house. That Dark Charcoal looks great against white walls. Bill, Steven, and Amanda were great to work with. Their crew showed up on time and did the job and followed up with punch out work as expected. They even helped us out with some repairs caused by paint crew, who failed to own up to the damage. Steven really appreciate you helping us out!

I Recommend Arizona Roof Rescue, I had 5 companies come out to give me quotes. I choose them and and was very impressed by the fact they did what they said they would do. In the late 1970s & early 80s was a roofer, so have maybe a different perspective than most people would. If I needed to reroof another property, I would use them again!!

The family that runs this business is top notch. They installed a foam roof on my large flat roof. I called them years later to help with a scupper leak. The professionalism and expertise are superb, but what I appreciate most about Joe, Jimmy, and the squad is they treat you like you are their most important customer, like their neighbor.
