Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We needed a plumber to fix our outside facets because they were leaking and flooding our yard. We called Amigo Rooter and Plumbing and they responded quickly. The gentleman who completed the work was knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Travis Vonau was our service technician. We had something wrong with our hot water heater. We called Hobaica, and they were able to send Travis, same day. Travis was very professional, and thoroughly explained the “hows” and “whys” of what was going on with the hot water heater. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He’s very knowledgeable about his products, and gave us good info about water heaters. Hobaica also services our HVAC’s. We’ve been with them since 2019. We love Hobaica!!

This company saved my house. I don't have much to live on and my house is all I've got. They worked with us on an affordable payment plan that worked for us. Have been a client for about 6 years. They have installed 3 new units and done significant duct work. We need a new unit but will be using a different company. Day and Night is very overpriced. The difference in cost for exactly same unit and install was 32% lower with another major company in town. The technical competence of the service department is questionable since every time they came out I needed to place any emergency call several days later. They are excellent at selling PM policies, recommending unnecessary preventative repairs, and collecting money. Very efficient in this regard.

The service we received was exceptional. Our technician (Daniel) went above and beyond to assist us in getting our AC unit back to working order. He kept me in the loop throughout making sure I knew what he was finding and will be correcting. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I have not been very happy with service from these folks. in the beginning they were good and then down hill. I have been told that there is a new owner. The best customer service from the best plumber's.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!
