Even though the techs were unable to perform the service by no fault of theirs, they were on time, courteous, and professional. I can't speak to their skill, but I would definitely call them for another chance.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Awesome Company! Every employee I interacted with was polite, friendly, understanding and professional. From the kind lady, Allison who answered my after midnight distress call to Veronica who reassured me that help was coming. Help came quickly. The same day! My Technician was Trevor. Trevor was professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and provided me various options. My equipment was close to 20 years old. It needed to be replaced. Trevor showed me an awesome finance plan with ZERO DOWN and a great rate. I was approved in minutes. All this on a Saturday. Monday morning, Roy The installation tech arrived with his partner Francisco, my new Heat Pump and new air handler. Roy was awesome! He was friendly, professional and courteous. Above all, he knew his stuff. He and Francisco installed my new equipment and disposed of my old. Upon completion he rechecked everything. Roy and Francisco did an excellent job. When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.
