My tenant called and said there AC went out. So I contacted Old Republic Warranty and turned in a priority claim since its 115 degrees in Surprise,AZ. This was the beginning of being introduced to Mike from 1st Choice Mechanical. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to correct our problem. He reached out and made himself available that day. He discover that the compressor was bad. Now this is where things got interesting. The warranty company normally orders the parts which takes 8 to 10 days but because of Mike they allowed him to purchase the parts and fix it right away.
Hats off to both Mike and Old Republic. They worked together to fine the best solution. I highly recommend both for outstanding customer satisfaction.

I can't fully express how appreciative I am of the level of support and service I received from technicians. Not only were they able to respond to my request for maintenance quickly, but they were patient enough to wait until we heard back from our Warranty people to approve the work needed. Even after all that, my air conditioner was only down for around 7 hours and I will recommend them to anyone who needs quick and quality service. Thanks a million!!

From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. They were on time and worked very quickly to get my old A/C unit off of the house and the new one installed. They were also very friendly and professional!

I called Comfort One to perform a routine service on my AC unit as I had not had one done the past 2 years.

Taps was prompt with his arrival, being able to fit me in between previous appointments. Once he arrived, he was quick to get to work on the unit. The whole time he was working on it he was educating me about the different test results and pieces, as well as giving me projected timelines for needed repairs and approximate costs.

Once in the attic, he identified a small issue that he was able to correct on site with no additional charge, and even gave me a quick lesson on how to care and maintain the AC unit, and what warning signs to look for.

The overall service price was in line or cheaper than most other companies I contacted, and was even the same as my home warranty payment, so it seemed a no-brainer to go with Comfort One.

Comfort One went far above my expectations, and not only recommend this local small business, but as a native of Arizona for over 10 years, I am pleased to say that I will continue using Comfort One for all of my needs.

Overall Excellent experience...professional, clean, fair, and didn't try to see me things I did not need. I highly recommend Howard Air.

I can’t say enough good things about how great our technician Lyle was. He showed up right on time for each appointment and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. He also went on his own and double checked a unit we didn’t think we had an issue with and found a gas leak that we didn’t know we had. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did. We will be using Larson AC as long as we live in AZ. Hopefully the company reads this because I need LYLE to get a day off for his hard work.
