My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am so glad that he did! My AC went out in August, in AZ! They responded to my calls immediately and had a repair man to my house very quickly. I had interactions with the owner and a few of their employees. Every single person in this company were professional, knowledgeable, and just down right kind. I am not sure if this is a family owned and operated business but it sure felt like one. I was so impressed by the service I received I signed up for their maintenance program. 1st Choice made me a customer for life. I cannot say how grateful I am to have found them. Don't go any where else! This is the company you will want to have to take care of your home. I cannot say enough good things about them.

When my furnace went out, I called and spoke with a very friendly secretary who transferred me to James the technician immediately. He helped me arrange an appointment for someone to come assess the unit within 2-3 hours.

The technician, Bradly, was extremely kind and professional. He wore shoe covers to keep the house clean and fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. This company is great - I will be trusting them with all future issues!

The best thing you can do as a home owner to protect your equipment and avoid breakdowns is have be on a regular maintenance plan. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort and their 2x a year maintenance. They are professional, responsive, and keep my system humming along all year without downtime.

I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200, and $1600 just to fix this. We were charged just a few hundred. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future IF needed. Thank you so much. PLEASE don't hesitate to use them.

Jimmy and his team at Arcadia Air are amazing! Our ac went out on a Sunday and with a heat wave coming that week I was concerned about my family and our pets in a hot house. I called Jimmy and he was able to get someone out right away and had our ac replaced and blowing colder than ever within a few hours. I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

I recently had a service call to my heater. And, again, Howard Air gif s wonderful job. Very thorough and professional. So happy with their service

I had Five Star Air Conditioning install a new AC unit at the beginning of the summer. Tony and Ashley came out, removed the old unit and installed a new one. They were on time and very professional. They came back out a couple months later to check on the unit and were both very personable and friendly.
If I ever have any issues with my air conditioner or need another unit replaced I would contact them again.

Steve and Joshua installed a new thermastat that was easer to operate from there end as well.

They gave us more then 1 option & price points. We felt like they educated us to make the best decision based on the size of our home & usage needs.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

Aaron came to detect the source of a sewer odor that had been present for a number of months in our powder room. Using a smoke bomb injected into our sewer system, he was quickly able to pinpoint the cause of the odor - a cracked T-joint pipe in the wall behind the bathroom vanity. With minimal drywall removal, he was able to fix the broken pipe and fully resolve the problem. Very experienced, skilled, and efficient.

Scott Acy of A Better Place, LLC is the person to call for help around the house. He does a great job and he's a nice guy. I needed a small plumbing repair and he fixed it correctly and quickly. He has a wealth of knowledge and he is very well-mannered. He arrived on time and looking presentable plus he did not leave a mess. I will definitely use him again.

I needed a new AC setup in North Scottsdale and couldn’t wait. I saw the reviews on google and I can say they are spot on. Larson really is a 5 star outfit. They are responsive, honest, straight forward and very easy to deal with.I had Ish Kissinger as my initial technician who inspected my house and sold me my new unit. He was able to identify multiple issues with the venting in my house as well other electrical issues and poor mounting of my old AC unit. He went above and beyond explaining my options and cost differences and tailored them to whatever I needed. Day of install I had Michael House who worked super hard nearly non stop all day redoing all the venting and installing the new AC unit. They work hard, all of them. They are great ar what they do. I highly recommend them.
