Parker and Sons were one of three valley HVAC companies I contacted when I decided to replace our 20 year old system. They were very upfront, professional from the initial sales call to the next day installation. In todays market I feel like there are a lot of smoke an mirrors pricing and warranty length wise. Parker and Sons proposal and sales experience was easy to navigate to know exactly what you were getting when comparing various systems. The install was scheduled the following day after our purchase. The installers showed up at 7 am as promised and worked until almost 9 pm tightening everything up. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and customer service post Covid when everyone seems to have an excuse. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons to anyone whose is looking to make a major purchase such as this.

Had George Brazil account transferred over when I purchased the home. AC went out within a month, had it repaired for $2500, had an inspection a month later that suggested another $1k in repairs, and now a month later, it's not working again for the same initial issue.Update: called, was told someone would call me back. Still waiting.

George has been my air conditioning person for several years. He has always provided the best experience I've ever had with any service company. He is compassionate, timely, and more concerned about fixing what is wrong than taking my money. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

We used CCL Air Conditioning & Heating to service a clogged condensation drain line. Drew & Eddie were courteous and on time. They explained and showed me what the issue was and what steps they took to fix it. I really appreciate great customer service & prompt knowledgeable service, and this company exemplifies just that.

The air conditioner in my house stopped working last week, so I gave him a call. The following day, he dropped over and promptly resolved the issue. Even after I had my new air conditioner put, he helped me understand how everything worked so I wouldn't have any more questions.

The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and helped me to find all the part numbers I needed to get my cooler up and running for the summer.
