Troy saved us! Our AC went out and Troy was able to get us all set up quickly and efficiently! My favorite thing about Troy and Penguin Air is that he took the time to explain EVERYTHING. He showed us what he found on the roof and videos of the problem. We had a different company come out prior to Penguin Air and they were annoyed that we were asking questions and struggling with what was being said to us. Troy was so amazing by getting ahold of his boss to find the best way to get our unit fixed. Troy is my hero! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

I called Goettl for an estimate on a new A/C unit. The customer service is amazing from the customer service team to the technician that came out. The technician David was very kind and thorough with his assessment of my current system and explained what exactly would be replaced and fixed. I’m not giving 5 stars simply because this company gave me the highest estimate out of all the companies I’ve had come out to my home. It appears the people who work for this company are very experienced and you can trust Goettl to handle your needs with top notch service if you can afford their services/products.

Tech was very personable and knowledgable

We had an undesirable experience with Parker & Sons in the past, but thought we'd give them another chance installing a water softener to our home. Brett and Andy showed up precisely on time. They were very professional and courteous. Their work trucks were spotless inside / out. They prepped the work area, installed the unit, cleaned the work area and provided new user and general maintenance training to my wife and I. Both are stand-up guys, obviously very proud of what they do. My wife and I are glad Brett and Andy made sure everything turned out the way it did.

Thanks to Jon a leak in our pipe was fixed. Jon was a very a very nice man and a very hard worker he did a very good job helping us with our plumbing promblem. I would use this company again and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. If we should run into any plumbing promblems we will definitely call patrick Riley again.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with 911 this week - we have nothing but nice things to say after they did an actual 911 fix for us at our house in Gilbert! The AZ dust storms have been nonstop at night and the heat has been relentless - so naturally as AZ likes to do with 115 degree temps our AC went out and it climbed to 87 degrees in our house in a matter of hours! We were really freaking out because we have a small child and didn't know how long we would have to wait to get an HVAC service here to check our unit.

Darryl - the owner - was on top of his game though! We called late in the evening when this happened and the owner himself came by since he the biz was so slammed with AC calls the he didn't have any available trucks or techs to come by. I couldn't believe it!! Darryl stopped by, figured out the issue was a bad filter and a frozen unit, and not only fixed the issue to get us back up and running but sat and monitored the meters for 45 minutes on the unit until he was 100% certain that everything was running as it should. After everything was fixed, he came in the house and showed me the numbers - even took the time to explain what every number on the meter meant, what numbers he wanted the unit to be hitting before he was comfortable leaving, and went into detail about how the unit works.

I can safely say - as I type this in my very comfortable 73 degree house - that you should not hesitate to call 911 when you need any kind HVAC service!!
