Mark was awesome. So many people have horrible listening skills but this was not the case here. He listened to what I had to say then we began troubleshooting. In the end it turned out to be a septic issue. Mark was very thorough explained everything, gave me the info I needed to provide my contractor. I will use this company again and will specifically ask for mark. Also he answered some AC questions I had and made some very helpful suggestions. Great job!

Comfort Experts did an excellent job for us. Ryan was the only AC salesperson able to solve our air filtration issue caused by the original home builder. They replaced both of my old systems with new high efficiency Carrier equipment. The install was professional and done on time. I’d definitely recommend Comfort Experts.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. First call made to request an estimate on repairing a large commercial 7.5hp ventilation fan. Was told the service manager would call me back. No response. Second call, they ask me who I spoke to(idk a csr person??) they check to see if they have any information on what I'm calling about... And then they get back to me and say they're sorry, they're not taking any new customers right now at this time of the year. It is only April it's been in the '80s barely '90s. This is Phoenix. Seriously.

He checked are AC system and cleaned it up and showed us pictures of the work. I really recommend this company they will take care of you.

This was a great company. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and I was shocked how quickly they were able to come fix our faucet leak. Clayton was a class act and very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.
