Best Plumbing Systems in Phoenix AZ
Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.
I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.
What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.
Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.
Keep up the great work!

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

I used this company to inspect and pump the septic system on the property I purchased. When I purchased my home, it was disclosed to me that the house was on city sewer. Lo and behold, it was on septic. The company sent out Vincent, and he was great! He arrived on time, was professional and helpful. He even took the time to educate me on some things about septic systems. He performed a full inspection and always had a smile on his face. Also, the team at the office was so very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

After 35+ years in our home with no problems, we decided it might be a good idea to have the septic pumped. Stephanie answered and sounded surprised that we'd never pumped in that LONG period of time...but there's only ever been two people and nothing goes in there besides WHITE T.P. and (y'all know the rest)!
The guys showed up on time and did a quick location. I opted for a large tite-seal riser and cap since the lid was 16 and had to be jackhammered out! Andrew did all the belly work with the hose while the others rinsed the walls and unclogged concrete and debris....turned into a bigger job than I thought! All the while, Andrew (Andy) explained every step of the process AND give me hints on how to promote proper bacteria growth in the tank! This young man is a great customer service representative (and was assisted by two equally well-qualified servicemen)!!!!!!!
Overall, I'm very satisfied and the bottom line was only slightly more than I originally anticipated! THANKS GUYS!!!!!!!

we are very satisfied with the 90 plus feet of sewer line you lined with your fiberglass epoxy re-lineing system. all of your employees were experts at their jobs. they explained the different procedures and answered all our questions. the workplace was kept clean and neat. no trenching inside the house like the first 16 ft repair with piles of dirt.i wish we had known about your system sooner. we wILL recommend Nu Flow to anyone with old cast iron sewer line problems. THANK YOU.

We have always had good service from Septic Technologies. When we scheduled them for our regular pumping service, they showed me a problem with deterioration of one of the tank walls. They had a repair quote to me that day, and we were scheduled for the job within a few days. Gilberto and Efren were very professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made sure i saw the problem, the need for repair, and explained and showed me step be step how they repaired the damage. We have always received good service from this company, and this time was no different.

We called because of a running toilet, the problem was diagnosed by another plumber as a stuck or faulty shut off valve. Bumble Bee was called to fix the issue, it took at least 4 phone calls to actually get a time scheduled. When the gentleman arrived he was super polite, but he had zero knowledge. He identified the issue as a float problem which it absolutely is not, and that was simply because it was an older toilet with a float system he hasn't seen before. I told him about the problem, he suggested they should also replace the valve at the same time since it was potentially stuck. So.....yes the problem valve would have been replaced, but he would have unnecessarily replaced a perfectly fine float. He looked at the main shut off outside, and the sprayer on the end of the garden hose was dripping. He said the shut off needed to be replaced. I said no....it's the nozzle dripping, so we disconnected the hose and tightened the hose bib and it stopped dripping.I also commented that hot water was hard to come by and asked if he could turn the heater to a higher temperature. He said for liability reasons he's not allowed to (seriously??) but he looked at the tank anyway. He said wow this tank is old (it didn't look the least bit old) and he read some numbers on the side of the tank and said it's from 1999 so it's 23 years old. It needed to be replaced, that's why the water wasn't so hot. I'm a builder...I'm not stupid. I told him he wasn't reading the correct number, and proved it was a 2014 so only 8 years old.End of the day, I just needed a shut of valve replaced, it should have been under $200 but he came back with a quote of over $2000 with fake jobs he created. What horrible, inexperienced and unprofessional service! Never recommend.
