We had a problem for years and Amigo plumbing solved the the problem that the builder of our house had hired the wrong plumbers that did not get there work inspection. Sewerage from street to house. I scheduled an appointment with this business to hook up electrical to a heat pump for our pool about a week ago. Gave them very specific details about the work and made sure they serviced the area I was in which is Queen Creek. Work is probably an hour for a decent electrician. Even received a confirmation of my appointment yesterday which I confirmed. Today I received a phone call from this company stating they do not service my area on the day of my appointment. Not that they couldn't make it out but they don't service the area at all despite their website specifically saying they service Queen Creek. The same area I made sure they serviced a week ago when I made the appointment as I've had this happen before. No effort made to maybe get somebody out or reschedule. Just a big giant FU. Lost a week waiting for this appointment when I could have went with someone else. Terrible customer service.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. Kyler installed a whole house water filter, a tankless water heater, a water filter for the refrigerator drinking water, a kitchen faucet and repaired leaky faucets. He probably did more that I’m forgetting but suffice it to say he was the best. Very professional, explained everything and was very patient with us. Can’t say enough about him. Very friendly with a good sense of humor. As a previous business owner I know that the most valuable assets are your employees. This business would be wise to keep Kyler. Five stars to both Day and Knight and Kyler. My wife and I completely trusted Kyler with this significant project.

David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. It took him over one full day. Super service ! He called and discussed the problem with me and his boss; had photos to show before and after; very polite and great customer service skills! Give the man a raise! ?

All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.

Save your sanity and go with Christian Brothers. I have used Patrick Riley for 10 yrs. They were great at first. These last 5 yrs have been such a terrible experience that we are not using them, even though we have 5 yrs left on our prepaid maintenance plan. They sold us and installed a Rudd hybrid water heater. It gave us problems for 3 years. Call after call after call. Their solution: buy another one that works better. We don't carry that manufacturer anymore. After showing them a piece that was ordered after the first breakdown. They charged me $400 to fix it. I had the piece for 3 yrs before the tech finally listened to me and fixed the problem. Same deal with the water softener we also purchased and had them installed. As for the maintenance work on the Hvac. There was a tech that left a mess in our attic and flooded our laundry room, due to his shoddy work. Another tech punctured the compressor in the AC unit.The schedulers are constantly rescheduling appointments. I also purchased an air scrubber from them. I needed a new bulb, made and appointment, after rescheduling multiple times, the techs showed up without it! It's been 14 days and I haven't received a call back regarding the bulb. I'm done, hate the company and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Christian Brothers is a better choice. They are upfront, honest and don't upsell you.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
