Best Need Plumbing Repair in Phoenix AZ

This company was amazing! We had a horrible experience with a well-known brand previously, so I was reading reviews to find a new one. Hays was perfect. We called because our A/C was turning on but would not cool. When Xavier took my call, he was professional and compassionate. He heard my youngest daughter (age 2 1/2) talking in the background and immediately looked to get us an earlier appointment. Mike came out, he was professional and courteous, and it took him only a few minutes to know what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was a week away. We paid for the 2 day shipping to get the part here, but we were still going to be without air conditioning for 2 days. In 100 degree weather, apparently nobody involved thought this was ok. The very next morning, at 10 am, I received a phone call that he part had gotten there earlier than expected and they were scheduling it to be installed that evening. Mike arrived an hour ahead of schedule and installed the part well within the estimated time. He even checked to make sure it was working properly and cleaned out before getting ANY payment details. Let me reiterate that for anyone that didn't catch it. They put a rush order on a part without any payment information. I was flabbergasted. This is the way to do business. True professionals and their customer service is the best I've seen. Thank you, Hays.

The technician that came was outstanding. He made suggestions for some new filters were perfect for my needs now. Also solved the problem of why my thermostat wasn’t working. I’m always happy with Penguin and today they sent their best. I’ll request Jimmy from now on.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We had a problem for years and Amigo plumbing solved the the problem that the builder of our house had hired the wrong plumbers that did not get there work inspection. Sewerage from street to house. I can see now why Hobaica has great reviews online. Their service and professionalism is second to none, and they have a wonderful and knowledgeable staff.
First, Amer came to my house when my AC unit stopped working. He was super kind and professional. He kindly informed me that my unit was 49 years old and was a safety hazard due to bad wiring and other severe issues. He highly suggested that I replace the unit because of the age and safety issues and any repair done to it would be temporary and delaying the inevitable. He promptly put a call in to get an expert to come to my house.
Simon showed up the same day to discuss solutions to my problem. He talked about my options for what is best for me after he inspected my ducting in the attic and looked at the unit on the roof. He was a great listener for my needs and he suggested a 3 ton unit for my house and we discussed financing options. I went with a Lennox brand unit, it came with a 10 year warranty.
A few days go by and a week before installation, I received a phone call from Simon. He informed me that the unit that we agreed on was no longer in stock. He said that Hobaica, because of the situation, will upgrade me to a unit that has a better warranty for NO COST! Fantastic! It is a Daikin AC unit with a 12 year warranty, instead of 10 year for the Lennox.
For the day of installation, Giovanni and Troy show up to my house exactly when they were scheduled to. They introduce themselves and told me exactly what was going to happen during the installation. They both were very polite and answered any questions I had. Also, I have dogs that are very vocal about people they don't know. I asked them to text me when they need to enter the house to do anything and they kindly accommodated me so I could put the dogs into the backyard for them. They were very thorough about picking up after themselves and they left no trash behind, which is nice.

we had the AC unit go out at the store and the property management said that we had to replace the whole unit that they would not be doing that. Moises gave us options in regards to getting it repaired that was gonna cost us a lot less than the $10-$15,000 it would cost to replace the unit, we got quotes from different places and everybody kept telling us the same thing. Looks like my dad made a watermelon.

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. I highly recommend you call Ryan and his team for all of your HVAC needs.

I contacted them about a soft water system installation for a house I just purchased. They came and gave an estimate the same day and installed the following day. The estimate that was given to me on the first visit matched the invoice that I received when the work was finished. After installation, they walked me through how the system works and what I should expect for the first couple of hours. He answered all of my questions before leaving. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and professional from beginning to end!

He gave an honest diagnosis of the AC system without charging us a lot of money for unnecessary repairs.
