He said he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he gave me, which was very quick for late at night. Within the hour he had our problem resolved.Brad was extremely professional, helpful and considerate as my 10 year old stepson slept through the entire thing in the room next door, lol. He was also upfront when it came to the pricing regarding the part and labor and there were no surprises as the end.We plan to have a water softener installed by the end of the year and will definitely be calling Brad to have him to do that as well.
