Best Maintenance Service Contractor in Phoenix AZ

Great service. We bought two air conditioners from this company. Steve Schilling is extremely knowledgeable. He listened to all of our preferences before suggesting certain units. Following up, the company is quick to respond to any concerns after installation. Steve thoroughly checks out every aspect to our satisfaction, and educates us about their operation. Steve and Cody are thorough, polite and prompt about service calls. We highly recommend them both.

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

Arcadia Air is THE BEST in Maricopa! They replaced my 20 year old HVAC in a house built in 1956 and it was the best money I ever spent. I called then because I had a moldy smell when the A/C was working hard and the old unit ran constantly. They recommended a Goodman air handler so no need for an overpriced Trane, and removed the antiquated swamp system and 1970's tube duct work that provided no insulation. The job was completed in 1 day and I already feel an even airflow throughout the house. The system doesn't constantly run anymore when it comes on and maintains a whole house consistent temperature. The workmen were neat and prompt. They always answer the phone (no need to leave a message) and are masters at their trade. They will give you the best price and service with no need to shop around. Need I say more...call them.

Darrel Merrel was terrific ! I’ll certainly ask for him when I need plumbing repair. As with our AC technician, Antonio, Parker and Sons always has the best people doing all kinds of different repairs and maintenance. Daniel and the Preferred team did amazing detailed work replacing our AC unit with a two stage unit that is so much better than what we had. He also diagnosed leaking air ducts that immediately fixed rooms that were not getting airflow and recovered our whole attic with deep new insulation. It is like we have a different house now with the amount of work they did for a fantastic value. Highly recommend these guys.

We just moved into a new house. Our AC went out on a Friday evening. I called Five Star to see if they could come out. Dan arrived at 8am the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue.

He got the unit back up and running and it works great now! He made a few recommendations as well that were helpful.

I initially called them because they were close, but I’ll absolutely use them again.

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.
