Dylan was our technician for our AC maintenance. He was professional, polite, well mannered and informed us of everything he was going to be doing. Very pleased he will be our technician twice a year to keep our system in shape. Highly recommend.

Day & Night Is Amazing company !!I received a coupon for Air Conditioner service for $59.00 so I decided to give them a call to book an appt. The receptionist who answered the call was incredibly kind and friendly. When the Technician showed up he was very nice and professional. After the technician did his work/inspection he diagnosed the work my home needed. I received the same recommendations from four companies in Arizona. The technician recommended I meet with Shaun Lewis the comfort Advisor who was another great Person ! Who checked everything. He listened to me and my concerns and everything was very smooth.The technician who did the work were courteous, polite and explained their process every step of the way. They wanted to ensure I was happy. Every person I interacted with at Day & Night was happy and very helpful! They always kept me posted on schedules for other work like ducts and insulation. If there was ever something I didn’t agree with I talked to Mr Willie Rodriguez and he assured me that he would correct.Thank you so much to Mr Ronnie Brion who did the final check once the work was completed. He made sure that everything including the air conditioner was working correct! He did a great Job! Dave, with Scottsdale Air & Heating has been servicing our Train Heat Pump for several years and does an excellent job and explanation of the issues if any. We have lived here for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to deal with many HVAC companies and Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling are by far the best.

I called Chris Anderson at Alien AC today, because the air conditioning stopped working at my aunt’s house. She was very worried her AC would not get fixed, since it was a holiday. I left a message and in less than 15 minutes, he returned my call. He was at her house with in the hour and he had the unit running right away. Chris was really friendly, honest and very professional. He only charged her for a service call, since it was an easy fix. There was no extra charge for being after hours or on a holiday. I think he will be her AC guy from now on!

I called ACE for a plumbing issue. Unfortunately it was not a simple blockage but a much bigger septic problem. My technician, Emil was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved me some money.

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

Professional, and got the job done quick. Travis and Evan did a fabulous job! Glad this company does commercial work as George Brazilian does not. They were able to come out the day I called and inquired. Would definitely consider them in the future without a doubt.

AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. James from Howard Air was awesome every company should strive to have a army of employees like James. Turned out to be nothing major and I signed up for their maint plan, so no more panic mode for me. Thanks

Woke up on Sunday morning to a cold house.  I called Best Air, and Guy was at our house within the hour.  Fixed our furnace and thermometer promptly, and explained everything to me.  His prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him!

We had a tricky issue with water leaking from our air conditioning due to it being installed by a subpar company that was not Scottsdale Air. The technicians that came to due the repairs were on time, friendly and knowledgable. Explained exactly what they were doing and why. Pricing also seemed fair based on work completed. I plan to use again for tune ups in the future.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!

They didn't want to deal with me regarding a simple question about my condenser over phone. Just wanted to clarify one little issue before dispatching a tech to come fix my ac unit. Look elsewhere everyone!
