Update : When I originally posted this I thought they did a good job but after further problems after replace both unit and their lack of knowledge or just trying to suck more money out of their customers I’m changing my review. Had an issue with upstairs unit only blowing cold air so I call them back out and the guy tells me that it had to be hot wired for the unit to work ( was nice that they didn’t tell me about this issue when working on the unit ) I ended up calling another company recommended through a family friend who came and looked at it. Come to find out the wires were fine but the entire system was wired incorrectly. After system was wired correctly it works perfectly.

I would recommend you to anyone needing new A/C, your installation crew were amazing.

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

Shaun is a fantastic repairman and representative for Howard Air. He checked all systems, answered numerous questions, changed the filters and clarified much information. I wish everyone understood what the word 'customer service' means like Shaun does. He is knowledgeable, cs oriented, kind, pleasant, and hard working.

I would like to commend Troy and his company, Air Conditioning of Arizona (ACA), for an A+ experience from start to finish. When calling to schedule service, Samantha was kind and efficient. Hunter, the service tech, was extremely personable and incredibly knowledgable. He not only diagnosed my issue but took the time to show and explain everything to me. Unfortunately, because of its age, I needed to replace my unit. At that point, Troy, the owner of ACA, stepped in with options and pricing. There was no pressure, just good pricing, and total professionalism.After comparing prices from other companies, we decided upon ACA who not only had the best price but had earned our trust. Phil and Erik were the leaders of the installation team. They were right on time, ready to work, with a smile. Phil and Erik were extremely professional and efficient. Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.
