Jose and Javier visited me today to perform an annual check up on my HVAC system. I had many questions for them and they were both very professional and patient. While I don’t have the technical chops to do this work myself, I feel like I received quite the education today and know so much more about the functionality of my system. They were so personable that it led to me having them return tomorrow for duct and dryer vent cleaning, a new thermostat, and some additional proactive maintenance items to help prolong the life of my 6 year old unit. I would highly recommend Ace but more specifically in my experience, team Javier and Jose.

Call was made to service department around noon and had a tech at my house within 5 hours same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try and sell me anything. Took the time to explain to me the problem and said he would report his findings back to the office. So far working with the Howard Air company has truly impressed me. Update Howard Air installed two new A/C units yesterday 6/12/20 in our home. A could not believe how professional and extremely courteous the installation team was. The four of them moved thru out the process in harmony where each knew what the other needed and made the install look like a well practiced dance step for step. Kudos to the installers John , Joe , Pat and Alonso for simply a outstanding job. Again would highly rate this A/C company for your cooling and heating needs.

Its very simple - Stop looking at reviews and call Five Star Air Conditioning immediately. We had no a/c for 2 weeks. We were working with one of the “bigger” companies in the area and after getting the run around for 2 long weeks, one of our friends recommended calling Five Star. Im so glad we did. Tim came to our house within 2 hours of my initial phone call to assess and give us a quote. He even patiently waited outside until we were finished talking to another company. Thank you for waiting Tim! He was fantastic and we signed the contract almost Instantly. A couple days later, Ashley & Tony came to Install our new a/c unit and they were equally as amazing!! They spent almost 10 hours at our house installing and explained everything along the way. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. Our house is so cold now, I love it! I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

The repair Man Ossiel was AWESOME ! Very professional took his time to explain things to me . All repairs were completed correctly the first time . He went above and beyond to make me understand what we needed to replace and repair . Highly recommend !
