Matt was awesome in answering all my concerns and questions and gave me tips on what I was concerned with he solved my plumbing issue. Very courteous and they were on time.

Our technician Austin Kaimalia fixed an emergency plumbing issue. He was beyond nice and professional. I will definitely use Penguin for all my future electrical and plumbing needs. I wrote down his name because he was someone you feel comfortable having in your home. The company is extremely lucky to have such a personable, timely and articulate employee working for them.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Last year we called to have an hvac unit installed, the gentleman that came out to discuss what we needed was very professional and knowledgeable about all Hobaica systems and even maintenance programs, he actually talked us into an installation as well as an annual maintenance program. The men that came out to install it were efficient and very professional as well. I don’t recall all their names but they did a great job! I recently called back to discuss renewing our annual plan and spoke with Jasmine. What a wonderful asset you have with her. Not only was Jasmine able to help with that but was able to schedule a maintenance visit for the unit that was installed and discussed the importance of having our water heater flushed, which she scheduled for us as well. I asked if she could email the information and dates of the appointments as i didn’t have pen and paper handy. She followed up with a very detailed email with all the information and dates that we had discussed. Kudos to her for remembering every detail. Definitely have had positive experiences with every employee that we have worked with it spoken to. Highly recommend this company!

Mike S came out today to perform the rejuve, just like the commercials he was professional and thorough. My hvac system is old but he cleaned it the right way and even left me some gifts- the best part was he called my daughter to explain everything to her as well!!

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! Thank you for holding yourself’s to a standard above the rest.

I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12 instead of 16) and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.

This is an updated review almost a year after my service was completed. The company expresses that they may have been able to help me further, had I expressed my concerns sooner. They have since offered a reimbursement of a very small amount compared to the final bill and a 1 year VIP service package, which is something because they didn't really have to at all. This was my first service call to any form of repair company at my first house so I had no idea that things weren't going the way they were supposed to and I still feel I was charged a pretty obscene amount but there was a miscommunication between the tech and I, leading to to the repairs happening before I knew what I was going to be paying. I cannot say if I was charged an industry standard since I have no other personal experience in these matters as of yet. My advice to anyone reading this is to always get a second opinion and call and talk to a supervisor if things don't feel right before getting to the point of no return, like I did with a high dollar repair. For now my review is to remain middle of the road as it seems we have another trial year or so to do business together before upgrading to cautiously optimistic.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

Has done work at my business and my home and has always done a great job I would highly recommend them and I do all the time.

This man was outstanding. With no exaggeration. With babies in the house there was no delay with him. He analyzed the job and immediately, gave me options that would take care of the job and would be okay with my wallet. Communication: A+. He got the job done while my physical being was in another state with continuous updates.
